Good food and wine! Excellent and attentive service. Servers are knowledgeable with both food and wine menu which is an extra thumbs up. But they no longer serve wine tasting portions.
Nice ambience, food was nicely presented and was very good. Only drawback was the wine selection although extensive, was abit pricey.
Always a great time at Praelum! Good wine recommendation from Gerald and food complemented the wine very well too. Dessert (key lime pie) could be improved though.
Extremely friendly service from Zack and Gerald, food was great and the ambience was cosy. 10/10 will return again for more drinks and dinner. Highly recommended.
Excellent food (we had the lamb and angus steak) and fantastic friendly people as always :) also we had the key lime pie which wasn't fantastic but was still a good end to the meal. One thing to note: we used the entertainer app, which at Praelum covers almost everything in the menu. So do take note that desserts are considered in the same category as mains and thus the cheapest item (usually the dessert) will be free. Order two mains if you wish to take full advantage of the promo :) Thanks Praelum for always delivering a satisfying meal.
Great food and great wine list. Great atmosphere as well
A overall decent experience at Praelum Wine Bistro. Restaurant has an extensive wine list but food menu needs to be more comprehensive to complete the experience.
Good wine selection however there are only four main and two premium main courses. Took the baby back rib and was disappointed. The toasted Brie is good.
Only went there for the food so cant rate the wine experience. Food was alright, not bad but didn't think it was fantastic either. Portions were on the small side, had to order extra mash to make up the carbs. The kitchen also took a little long to serve up the dishes despite most tables only having wine and not food.
Bottle of 1999 red wine ordered was a bit off. It was replaced, no questions asked. Full marks for professional integrity. Food was great as usual.
The setting is fantastic, and the wines were sublime. Marcus, the sommelier, was very knowledgeable and despite some niche guidance got each recommendation spot on. Thank you.
good selection of wine, but limited main course range. good ambiance, friendly staff to recommend you which wine to go with the food. would return if they have any promotions.
