Always love their steam lobsters, but their grilled lobsters can be hit or miss. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here this time.
Fantastic service!! Food very very delicious! Love lobster yeah yeah
All the staff are friendly and place has good ambience! Great food as well. Just a little difficult to find parking especially for dinner time.
The food is good! After we are done with our food, the waiter came and ask if I want bill, and he immediately give us, he has it prepared in his hand already. The restaurant was not even packed. Service could be better
Service is great and food is awesome. One of the best lobsters I have eaten. Thank you for the complimentary carnation for mother’s day! My mother loves it :)
Unfortunately only 1 wine was available from their entire list (all not available by bottle!!). The beer was flat and the draught system was surely not properly flushed. Mussles were in a watery and blend soup. Not what I would have expected after spending $200.00.
Great service and good food.. however, the place was rather warm as the aircon was not working well. I will be back to try the other dishes!
Food and service was great! Will be back for other foods on menus. Gonna to recommend to my foreign friends!! On a back side, was it’s next to road where cars get to park and exhaust smells bad flew in:(
Both quality of service and food were amazing! Be sure to head there early if you want to get a parking space near the shop!
The experience was great and the food is very delicious!
very good service, cosy environment. the steamed lobster & salad was decent but i feel the dish is quite expensive at $68+. i like the fries!
Had the lobster roll and grilled lobster. The taste of the food was good. However, when it came out, it was warm (not hot). This was a disappointment. Furthermore service by the wait staff was lacking. Toilets were in bad condition, ran out of paper, especially after eating lobsters. I’d imagine a place where you’d need your hands to eat would stock what you need to clean them before and after.
Staff is professional and knows their food when we asked for recommendations and questions. Overall food is average compared to the price paid. The food could be better to attract more people.
Be prepared to spend a lot of money here. $68 for one lobster roll (inclusive of GST)! They only have craft beers, they don’t sell regular local Asian draft beers such as Tiger. Asahi, etc. Service was fine. The lobster roll was delicious.
Had dinner there last evening. It was not a busy night. Service was very good and the food excellent. We had the lobster cooked Cantonese style and it came out perfectly the way we like it. The lobster roll with truffles and lobster with noodles were very good too.
service was Okie... food was not too bad. abit cramped though the space.
Food was great as usual! Servers do not really walk around so it was difficult to get service. In fact, staff who took our order did not offer us water. The next staff whom we requested water from forgot about it. The restaurant was not even full and most of the tables had their food already but they couldn’t remember our order for water!
I booked the restaurant on a Tue for dinner on Sat. On Fri, I received a call to say it was full, asking I come an hour later (830pm) than my booked time (730pm). I decided to cancel. The restaurant then offered half an hour later (8pm), I said no, because I had booked it for 730pm and can only make it at that time. Then about 2 hours later, restaurant called to say "oh, we now have some space...". Is the restaurant playing games and trying to squeeze in more covers? We went to the restaurant on Sat and there were a few empty tables!
went for my cousin's birthday celebration. We both love the fresh lobster and the environment. especially the signature main course...Definitely worth the price! will back here again.
The food was great. But the service was absolutely appalling. We were seated at the counter but not given the food menu. We had to ask for it after waiting a long time. Then we asked for camomile tea which took about 20 minutes to arrive, and only after we had chased various staff for it a couple of times. Ordering the food went smoothly and besides a mantou side dish, we only ordered mains. Those mains took at least half an hour to come. The food itself was delicious. But when we asked for hot water refills for our tea, it again too at least 10-15 minutes. Getting attention from the serving staff was just so difficult and painful. They walked back and forth looking busy but in fact achieved nothing. They were not attentive to customers and certainly were not scanning their restaurant constantly as serving staff ought to. Even thought the food was great, we will never go back.
Yummy lobster. Lobster, lobster, and more lobster! Food is great and reasonably priced (considering that the ingredients are from the other side of the world).
Food was good and service was average. Would recommend the lobster roll and grilled lobster, which happens to be their top 2 dish as well.
Freshly cooked lobster and friendly staff. What better combination is there? Creative menu despite their single-ingredient focus. Oh, and no desserts you fatten you on the menu.
Waited for 40 minutes on a non peak for the main course to be served. The waiting time is too long for a lunch when we were the first group of customers. Garlic butter mussels is pathetic because the mussels are really small and some were not fresh since the shells did not open. The only satisfaction is the lobsters are nicely done and taste good.
Managed to get a table for ten of us (5 adults and 5 kids) last Saturday night and good thing we booked cos it was full! Really enjoyed our meals especially the wagyu and the kids enjoyed their food from the children's menu too. Price was reasonable too so it was overall a good experience
Wow ! Fantastic Service ! Awesome food experience and it is well worth a visit. I definitely will be back next time I am in Singapore ! Thank you 😄
Pince and Pints used to be an excellent restaurant. Over time, it's gone successively downhill. The bread for the lobster roll was greasy. Chowder tasted like it was days old. Service was excellent but cannot recommend the food. I hope the can fix their kitchen soon.
Food was good but customer experience was very disappointing. The attitude and hospitality of the waiters were one of the worst we have experienced. For the price, there would be no shortage elsewhere for good food with much better customer experience.
The food was really great and yummy. The service was really good. Will be going back to try more of the food in the menu.
Excellent service from the crew, food was good but generally the ambience and people made up for all other things :) Price has increased though, serves as a deciding factor for returns.
Friendly staff, comfortable atmosphere, and great food! Portions may not be entirely filling for some though. Might want to order a starter to share as well.
The lobster roll is indeed good and fresh. Nice ambience too.
Good ambiance and food. Staffs are attentive to us. Lobsters are quite fresh. It would be good if they can remove items that from menu if they no longer serve
The food is great. We had lobster roll, lobster mac and cheese and the lobster are juicy and tasty. Would love to go back again to try their grilled whole lobster!
Had to wait nearly 25mins for the food to come, with the appetisers and main coming all at the same time. Restaurant was not full-house but service was rather slow. Garlic butter mussels were not too fresh as well.
Thumbs up for Great food and service as always. Had their signature lobster roll which never fail to satisfy and also the truffle roll as well.
The restaurant was quite packed on a Sat afternoon so be sure to make a reservation before you come . The lobster roll was delicious but I find abit steep of the price although the lobster meats were quite a generous portion.
Excellent service. Friendly waiters and waitresses with good recommendations. Very attentive. I went there at around 6-7pm, the restaurant was not crowded at all. Price a bit pricey though
The lobster dishes are highly recommended - tried the whole lobsters and lobster roll, both are good. Value for money dinner with a great ambience .
