Had no problems at all with the staff, but my parents thought that the standard had fallen when they visited last. I thought the food was alright, though not mind-blowing.

Awesome food. Standard of the Peranakan cuisine is consistent and portions are the right sized. the cuisine retains the traditional Peranakan flavour.

Even though the service that day was not up to standard, the food was still good considering the fact that it is CNY eve. Thanks Peramakan for the awesome meal 😊

The quality and standard of most dishes that we ordered met expectations. We particularly liked the sambal using with petai which was tasty and fresh. Ayam buah keluah was good too and my overseas guest was impressed with the otah. What we weren’t impressed was the tahu which though was delicious did not taste Peranakan.

Ambience was conducive. The food was good with the exception of the salted vegetables n duck soup. There was only a very thin strip of duck in the soup. Strip as in how char siew for wanton mee in half of the size. Servers were polite n nice. In all we enjoyed dining there.

went in early for dinner before 6.30pm. The resturant is empty still. Food is served very fast; within 10min upon ordering. Not that i m complaining that it's fast but it seems to me that they have prepared everything in advanced & simply warm & dish it out. The only thing i need to wait is the deep fried prawn roll. I supposed the meal is pretty expensive. For 2 paxs, our bill come up to closed to $75. for a pork rib, prawn roll, nonya vege. It's more economical to go on a big group 8 paxs & above & go for the set menu as they come with desserts & the set menu is approx $280 +

Food at PeraMakan is good, service is efficient but not the warmest. The location at Keppel Club is fantastic - near the city, but not near the hustle and bustle.

The food was surprisingly not as good as we expected. The sambal kangkong does not have the wokhei. The durian penyat was too sweet and overpowered by coconut milk. Service was impeccable though.

The food is not as good as I remember. The pork belly in Babi ponta is too tough, Assam fish is quite tasteless, Otah-otah is definitely not good. Only the beef rendang is still good! To be honest I do not think I will visit again.

This is our second visit to PeraMakan. The food is ok. Mum wasn’t impressed. We chose the place for a Saturday night dinner as it is away from the city crowd.
