Place was quite easy to find, it was very convenient. The value for the food was reasonable as it was not too expensive. Ordered sirloin steak burger and the doneness was perfectly done, I enjoyed every bits of the meat. However, the place was kind of stuffy and I couldn't feel if the air-conditioner was on. Overall, good experience
AN imaginative, welcoming restaurant that offers something a bit different. Holding true to the belief that great food does not have to come with a hefty price-tag,
Beef is not so bad, not juicy than expected. Happy our another wine was red though I was announced white wine. I was sorry the lady's service was not good. I wondered why the restaurant was so vacant despite of dinner time.
great food and service. thanks for making my friend's birthday spwcual
Staff poorly trained but was trying his best. Detracts from experience.
The shared steak for 2 is excellent! We want the steak to be medium rare and the meat is juicy with the charcoal burnt tinge at the edge.
Food is nice , price is reasonable. The service is very prompt and good. We love the environment and we will certainly be back again.
Can't say about the steak as we did not order that. Cod is not fresh and lobster bisque is too watery. Chef could use abit less salt on all dishes - food too salty.
My friend and I enjoyed our steak today, especially the wagyu steak. One of the things I noted that that aircon in the place is freezing cold compared to 90% of the restaurants out there. Good temperature to have a meal..
Expected the full menu on Sunday but it was a limited brunch menu. The T-bone steak ordered as medium well doness come well done instead. A bad cut for a price of $48.
Good food at reasonable prices with a large variety of choices. Service could be much improved though - the restaurant appeared to be under staffed but when you could catch their attention, the staff were polite and friendly.
Friendly staff with great service! It was my birthday and they helped with serving my cake that was bought elsewhere. Food was alright. Steak was well cooked to my taste and we did not wait long for our food to arrive.
It was a pleasant dining experience. Good wine and good food. The mushroom soup was exceptionally good, perhaps it'll be even better if you can add a few drops of truffle oil. Red wine sauce for steak below expectation.
nice food nice service even tho our kids were really noisy, they were patient fantastic range of wine thanks for a good evening good job
Nice restaurant that will leave you satisfied. Would definitely come back here again. The menu has a good selection and variety. Overall a good place.
Pepper Steakhouse is a value for money restaurant. It has a range of quality steak. We tried the Tomahawk Australian beef (800g) under sharing. It easily fills 3 person and my two boys finished it and were fully satisfied. We also had a rack of lamb for sharing and it was more than enough for two. The steak were of quality and it is only slightly behind of that of Wooloomooloo and Lawry's. The manager, Calvin, offered us a bottle of French shiraz on promotion to go with the meat at $35. He was also very kind to offer ice cream to my two younger children on complimentary. Lerin was serving us and she was very attentive to our needs. Fantastic place for a family steak dinner but on an affordable budget.
