With regard to the service, initially the staff seemed hesitant or lacking in confidence about answering questions about the food. But they referred us to more senior staff who came forward to help. Overall staff were patient and helpful.
We have been going to the previous Canopy Garden Dining for years and loved it. So change to Palm Garden Cafe and we decided to try. The 5 of us agreed that we would not be returning. The food was cold and staff was not attentive. They were nice, but no initiatives We are sorry.
Friendly staff and a nice simple cosy layout. Wheelchair friendly. Lots of choices.
Great location. Love the outdoor sitting, perfect ambience for my family. The only complaint my wife had was that the fish & chips were too salty. For me, beef burger was okay. Enjoyed the Turkish tea, it’s warm and fragrant. Will come back to try their pizza.
Newly renovated and nice environment, but poor food quality and freshness.
