Kids friendly cafe with some traditional games for the kids.
Not much local foods like Singapore delights , also no satay. The area looks just okay. Only servers and boss are friendly and attentive.
love the kueh pie tee there with a tinge of nostalgia
Good tasty meals, valuable for money. But it was crowded, long waiting time for our food.
If you can, don’t spend your bucks there for the quality of service and gst
Very tasty Nasi Lemak, but the ingredients have shrunk a bit due to inflation.
Service was good, though food was a tad oily. Yummy nonetheless
Love the nasi lemak here, brings back memories of Malaysia mamak flavor.
Tried assam fish and beef cheek...Nice food, simple but cosy atmosphere
First found out about OSD at their City Square Mall outlet, and had a good meal there, so decided to check out the Esplanade outlet too. Good vibes, and a good variety of "old school" local food options done well.
Fav lunch place near workplace. Hearty simple menu and hope for more choices
Order laksa set and it worth with tuck wings and hot kopi
Simple and old school place to grab nice hearty lunch.
nice food with affordable price; great place for hang out and gatherings too
Great place for local food with friendly staffs. Laksa and Nasi Lemak is good
Service and food are always good. Never disappoint with them.
Nce nearby office place lunch place. Reasonable price for food and drinks with dessert
liked the atmosphere over lunch with local food menu. friendly and helpful staffs
Nice old school.canteen style, Food is surprisingly good too. Small noltalgic school time games are also provided at each table.
Nice simple food in cbd area. Canteen style lunch. liked the cendol.
Professional, prompt service in a clean and nostalgic setting reminiscent of old school tuckshops! Food was good and reasonably priced for all you’re getting at the Esplanade. We managed dinner in under 45 minutes in time for a performance. Minimal fuss and very pleasant unlike some other establishments in the same building - love!
Nice restaurant in Esplanade serving local food. Ordered the nasi lemak with sambal prawns. It’s not bad. Portion is good. Not many people on a Monday night, so didn’t have to wait for long. Service staff is friendly. Overall, a nice restaurant to go with colleagues, friends and family in the Esplanade area.
It was my second visit to the eatery after having a good experience during my first. The food was good as expected, and the service was fast and friendly.
Good service from staff. Good food as well. Always delighted
Great nostalgic food found at OSD concept. friend and helpful staffs
Quite decent food . Liked the supreme nasi Lemak and laksa
Food was good. Lovely ambience. Friendly wait staff. Will return.
The nasi lemak supreme is good. Quiet environment as well
Friendly and nice environment of canteen. will be back again for the nasi lemak
Affordable prices and i really like the theme! Will go back
Nice atmosphere with nostalgic canteen feel. Staffs are friendly and food is good.great place to go for gathering.
Nice restaurant in the Esplanade mall serving local food at a reasonable price. The laksa was not bad, but the serving portion was a little on the small side. The taste was good, prawns were fresh. Staff were friendly. Food was served quickly. Environment is great, with a small glimpse of the Merlion afar. Overall, a great place with friends and family in the city area.
Good ambience, local food tasty especially chenddol. Staff friendly and helpful
very good costumer service, and grear amber. enjoyed myself :)
Service is good and foods are delicious. Will come again.
Another good visit. Staff were helpful and food was good
Good was surprisingly good. Fried chicken wing was piping hot and crispy, teh o was just right and mee si was great. Pleased with my first visit.
Server was very patient and helpful. Food was relatively okay but not splendid. Price point is attractive though!
This place will remind us of our primary school days with the food selection and furnitures. You place your orders by writing on a small whiteboard using markers and “hand in”. I tried the laksa and teh C. Both really good! Will be back again for sure!
Food 6 Service 6 Ambiance 6 Value for money Highly recommended for friends, family, company, all big & small gathering. Will definitely be back again.
Laksa was good . Will definitely go back again .....
Nice grilled chicken chop, laksa and mid wings. If price can be lower a bit will definite attract more customers to frequent the place to dine.
Nice quiet place for drinks and food. I tried the laksa and glutinous rice. Laksa was good, not too rich. Glutinous rice with haebee hiam was delicious. Decor inviting being reminiscent of school days in class and tuckshop.
Food is decent . But have only tried the laksa there . May go back for other foods.
