Love the food here, very good chengdu food and reminded me of my trip to chengdu in the past!
One of the best sichuan cuisines, but not now anymore
Good food and quick service. Special roast chicken is especially good
Love the food and privacy here with Chinese traditional designed deco. I’d come back again.
Old Chengdu is a favorite place that my colleagues and I go to, for authentic Si Chuan food.
very yummmy chinese food. this is a return to the restaurant!
Great sichuan food. Loved the quality and portion. Will visit again
Good food. Big portion. Can request less oily, numb etc.
Good food but the waiter was confused over our internet booking and the restaurant had noisy ambience
the food was good and of good view. definitely will go back again. highly recommended.
Wide variety of Sichuan food, we loved it! Will go back again
The food is very good and spicy!!! Try the 水煮鱼。
The food was authentic and tasty. The ma la level was good - highly recommend the kou shui duck as a starter. The ma po tofu was also great, along with the meicai pork. Restaurant was clean, with a cute panda made of mahjong tiles on the wall - a cute tribute to the mahjong culture of Sichuan. Service though, could be improved. I waited at the counter for a good 10min staring at the waitress on her call (and staring back at me) - the other waitress did not bother to sit me.
Great authentic chinese food. would return back to the restaurant again
Not as expected. Very noisy which is normal but service was really slow. We wanted ice cude. Mentioned 5 times still didnt came😂. But maybe they are shorthanded.
Proper Sichuan spicy food. Service was good and price was reasonable
Great place for spicy food if you are a fan
Great place for authentic Sichuan food for any foodies around the area
Really yummy authentic Chinese food. Have been back several times already
For authentic Sichuan food, it’s the place to be with great spice and variety
Not bad for a first visit. Food is nice and the staff recommendation are actually good. They definitely know what they are serving.
A friend recommend this restaurant as it is his to go Sichuan place. Great food!
As someone from Sichuan, i would say the food is Quite authentic by Sg standard. Also rather affordable.
Good Chinese food with plenty of seats available upstairs. Would definitely visit again
Old Chengdu in Chinatown is our go-to Sichuan restaurant especially for mapo tofu.
Enjoyed the food here. It was great, especially the crispy duck.
Desserts are really bad and no worth ordering. Portions are pretty large and in only 1 size, so you are like just 2 persons, you can't order a lot of dishes.
Good food at reasonable prices right in the heart of Chinatown.
Been patronising there for years. Food is good. Brought there by Chinese friend who said that it is authentic Chinese food. Really worth a visit.
The food is really delicious and value for money. Will come back for more
Third time back there and still happy with the food.
Newly refurbished and very good food. Not first but many times been there with friends from China who also agree that this is authentic Chinese food.
Yummy food and good service!! Would come again. Cause it’s cheap as well
I am a happy and satisfied returning customer. Will definitely go back for more good food.
Love the food here, the portions are big so it’s better to share with a group of friends
The food is great.. I am happy to be returning customer
the Boiled fish is the best, do not miss it!
Food was amazing and affordable.we had the Mala sliced fish which was very fresh, la zi hi which was good.
Real Sichuan food, .... memories of Chongqing! Our second visit!
Best Sichuan food you can get in SG so far
Quick efficient service Good food selection. Excellent taste. Reasonably priced!!
Soicy good ness with fast service and wide variety of dishes
The chilli diced chicken shouldn’t be cut into too small pieces. Can’t really find the chicken coz it’s too small.
Nice and spicy food.. good for sharing and service was great
Food was delicious, except for the Xiao long bao, skin too thick. We rejected the wet tissues but they charge us even if we use the dry ones. Which is ridiculous. So we took the whole dry tissue with us. 🙄
Tasty and value for money. Medium spicy was a good addictive level and you may break a sweat. Recommended for larger groups to try more dishes.
We paid around $200 for 6 pax. The food was good. Definitely will go back again
Easy to locate, servers were attentive, however nothing can save the horrible plate of laziji we had. It was unnecessarily oily and overcooked (chewing it was a nightmare). Bamboo slices was pretty ok. Hongyouchaoshou was below average, bland and soupy. Guess that’s all you can expect of a watery slapped in the middle of a tourist hotspot.
Taste wise has dropped. Used to be better food and taste
I love the food here! The portions are quite big so it is better when you a group of friends to share different dishes
