Food quality is average, not as expected. Service is slow, the drinks is served later than the food. I Will not make another trip there.

Its nice to eat there with siblings but the space was too small that it can hold up only little customers, anyways hope to eat there again

Friendly & patient service. To die for brownie dessert! Wish the seating space was more spacious. The decor from the outside needs much improvement. Doesn't reflect the happy vibe inside the restaurant.

Easy and fuss free! Booking system was flawless. Food was alright, the cheese was great! Service was fast and waitresses were all very friendly when attending to us.

Although we had to wait our turn with the melted cheese (unavoidable because the cheese had to be melt d after every serving), the food was really good, and service friendly

Great service, great food, great ambience. Place is cozy and not cramped unlike other food places around the area. All in all, great dining experience.

The NY Steak was awesome tho u can improve on the "vegie" section. Salmon was very dry. Meat Lovers pizza had vegies..? BBQ wing had no taste. Would come back for the steak only if there are no other eateries around. So sorry for the very honest opinion.

There was nothing wrong with the service by any means, the food wasn't bad. It just does not leave an impact enough for me to come back.

Arrived there on time for a dinner get together with friends. We ordered an entree and 3 mains (Steak, Chicken and Pasta). The entree took about 25 mins and arrived after the mains. I attempted to cancel it, didn't work out. The chicken and pasta were pretty good. The steak was supposed to be medium rare, but it came as rare. Way too bloody for my taste. Probably wouldn't come back again. I'll take my $85 elsewhere next time.

The food is really good and worth the price. The location is very convenient for people to find and dine in. Overall its a 💯.

Food was average. Need to improve on the way the raclette being served. The assigned waiter was in and out of the kitchen everytime he wants to serve the raclette. They should put one raclette station near the dining area (maybe near Clocks wall). Going back & forth, just to melt and serve the raclette is just inefficient and not systematic.

The environment was a bit warm. As though aircon wasnt switched on and just for show. Order the garlic fries for appetisers, they were yummy and enough to feed 4 people. I think the raclette cheese is actually overhyped. The amount wasnt consistent. The food portion for their main was more than i expected. I guess thats the value for money part. But flavorwise for the beef steak, its actually pretty average. The taste of the steak depended on the sauce and cheese which only helped a little. Would i come back? Probably not. Maybe for the fries and to try the desserts. But not to have an actual meal.

The staff are very nice and friendly and the ambience is very relax. And the food is delicious. I will definitely recommend it to my friends.

The reservation was done smoothly and they are fully aware of it . They even let us in 10 mins earlier because we reach early.

Service was excellent ans staff were very friendly. Food was only above average; NY striploin was a tad tough but side dishes and sauces were very tasty. Generous serving of raclette.

Food was average. Ambience was ok except for a fellow customer talking too much but that's beyond the premises control. Overall, overhype with too many wannabe hipster hijabis.

Staff were friendly to us and their service was efficient. The food was glorious and you could even add cheese for $4.90 to anything! Will definitely come back. :)

The food's good. Cheese is melty & nice! But the waiting time is quite long. We had rac & chicks, lamb shank, NY striploin with rac & lamb rack.

The food was normal, and the raclette cheese was not properly melted. The waiter who served us also did not scrap the cheese properly such that different plates had gotten significantly different amount of cheese

The New York steak strip & Chicken Rosserie was good but can't say much for the Salmon which was overly cooked that it becomes dry. Request for mash potatoes for the steak but they said it's not ready. Therefore, have to go with fries only. Then as the Salmon came later, they were able to serve with mash potatoes. Wanted to order coffee but was told machine break down.

I've chosen Muugu Fork due to their raclette cheese. The service was great as they have attentive servers but the food is pretty alright. Nothing fancy.

Ordered the crab meat pasta but there were alot of shells in the pasta. Overall it was pricey but the service was good and the service staffs were friendly.

We request medium steak but turns out to be medium-well. But overall, it is still a good service with affordable price. Good place to enjoy your steak.

A staff serving us wasn't accommodating. We requested our raclette to be slightly burnt (not literally burnt) and she ridiculed us by saying it will be bitter (well we had it in Paris and that's how people in Paris eat it) and she even questioned us "have you even try raclette before?" When we said yes than she turned nice and accommodate our request. The tenderloin wasn't of good quality for the price we paid it's not worth it. The pasta is good.

Awesome food with great hospitality. Although the food was served quite late, but it was worth the wait. A place i would revisit again definitely.

Good food but then again the place is so small, we were given seat that is by the door and it's so warm cause people keep opening and closing the door.

Celebrated our 3rd anniversary here as the food here is awesome. Love the mushroom soup, crabmeat pasta, steak with raclette cheese & ondeh ondeh cake! The service staff is good but they can be a bit more attentive as I had to wave for quite a while to get attention in such a small space and it wasn't very crowded.

The food was great ! The portion was huge. The music was amazing as well. Staffs were friendly and nice. Overall a pretty great experience.

Celebrated my friend's birthday and the staff was very accommodating and help to prepare candle for the ondeh ondeh cake. The food was good as usual, the service has improved as there's more staff around. They are attentive and friendly :)

Got our table as soon as we arrived. Food was awesome! Staff was attentive and ambience was great. I love the ondeh2 dessert which comes with a scoop of ice cream

Service: Friendly warm service team, who is very kind to accommodate last minute change. Food: Good portion food. Ambience: Bright, cosy place but can be noisy & tight if crowded.

First time dining here as we decided to have a family steak dinner. Was a last minute decision to go here among all other halal steaks outlets. We were not dissappointed. The we had the NY Strip steak and Ribeye for a family of 5. Delicious and really filling. Portion was just nice. Wife commended on the NY Strip Steak oozed of nice fatty portions just the way she liked it. The Raclette cheese topped on the ribeye steaks were tops with the kids...and the Garlic Fries!....so yummmmssssss. We finished that off in minutes! The Pommery Chicken is nothing to shout but the Milkshakes were thick and flavourful....will come here again soon! Thank u Muugu Fork!

The food & service is good. Better to reserved beforehand as it will get crowded. Must try will be the Raclette cheese that theyre popular with. It will be better if the shop can expand a little bigger to cater the crowd. And also to have a brighter lamp as it is really dim. Overall it was a good experience.

The cafe ambiance is nice but the space is quite small & the service is slow due to many orders. And also not many manpower. The food is delicious & staffs are friendly even they are busy.

A small and quaint cafe. Servings of the food were pretty big and tasted great. They were also quite generous with the raclette cheese. The only downside is that you will not likely get a seat if no prior reservations were made. A recommended place for a Sunday lunch with the family.

Staff were very accommodating and patient. The food was great and didn't take too long to arrive. We went on a Monday night and it wasn't too packed but a reservation is recommended.

The service there is ok, but the food is good. The ambience also nice. Too bad they arrange for the 1st floor reservation, unable to listen to the live musical band

Service was excellent. The food I'll give it 7/10. Had the tomato soup as starters. It was very delicious! 8/10. Only problem - not enough! Only a bit more than half the bowl was filled. Haha. For entree, we had the Rac and steak combo. The cheese was good! The meat, a little tough but passable. Would definitely come back to try the other menu items.
