Sashimi salad was slightly too salty. Roasted chicken was too tough and dry. Seafood platter was no longer the wow factor, it used to be tall with ice, stuffed with good size of seafood items. The only satisfying item is the medium rare beef done very yummy. Thanks for the usual nice thought of serving the birthday girl with a nice cake, although missed the birthday cheers from mezza9.

Very disappointing as compared with my last visit, two years ago. Menu choices are limited and food quality is average. Even though service from the floor was fantastic but I don’t think I will visit again in the near future.

Food is good, our go-to for those busy days when we don’t know what to have, because Mezza9 has a bit of everything. Especially great value when you have the Hyatt membership card. Excellent service.

Fantastic Sunday brunch, service is not like before pre covid, but ALL hotels are short handed so pls be understanding and kind to the service crew.

The restaurant was under staffed for a Saturday night. We ordered our mixed grill medium but it came closed to well done. It was supposed to come with sausages but there were none.

Had to look for service as not many staff around. Food expensive. Compared to les amis restaurants or even other hotel restaurants like Origin, food is expensive at Mezza9 . Food quality in les amis restaurants like La Strada, Origin are not inferior.

The grilled lobster was juicy and the accompanying dip went beautifully. The asparagus was also done well. Hubs had the Dingley pork which he enjoyed. A must-order is also their sourdough bread with the artichoke spread. Had the Hazelnut cake for dessert. It was divine! Only complaint was the prices of their wines!

Dishes are prepared fresh using quality ingredients, and presentation/plating was thoughtful. There's sufficient selections for vegetarians, and vegan requests can be accommodated where possible. Relatively good wine list. Service is very attentive. The only thing that could be improved is the space between each table - they are too close and many times it felt as if the next table was listening to our conversation.
