Food is good but the service can be improved. We went for early dinner (i.e not peak hour) - while they are well-staffed, their attitude wasn’t great. Not generally friendly. Food ordered but came slowly and one main dish was missed out until we reminded them. Asked us to order drinks and we did but drinks also didnt come. We asked and then was told the drinks we ordered sold out... quite an elementary mistake. One of the food dishes was not clean but at least the owner was sincere to come talk to us. The staff can be better trained or monitored.

Decent food, quick service, ample space in the shop but rather expensive.

Dishes were ready within short time. The quality of food is good. It will be better if more fans are set up at the open area.

We were told that on-line bookings would be allocated to the non aircon areas of the restaurant. Ratings would have been higher if allocation to the air con areas would have been prioritised on a first-come first served basis.

Was very crowded. food was served very fast. only problem was having houseflies hovering around the dishes all the time.

Great Food! Did a last min booking and as thus have to take 5pm slot. Grateful that the staff allowed us to take air conditioned area.

We enjoyed the food - salted egg crab, coffee pork ribs, prawn rolls. Our request for wheelchair-accessible table was noted. Staff were attentive and acts fast on requests.

Crab bee hoon is quiet tasteless. Black pepper one is better

The restaurant is fairly organised with the booking service. The chilli crab is definitely one of the best that I have ever had in Singapore.

We were ushered to our seats quickly upon confirmation, food is served fast, portions are pretty decent.

The atmosphere is wonderful, the food was excellent and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our family had such a good experience there.
