Service staff friendly n helpful. Food is fabulous n delicious.

The seating arrangement of restaurant is just nice not too conjested. The waiter was helpful and the food especially chili crab was delicious !

Service is good. Not much crowd, maybe because it was lunch. The food was served rather fast.

The customer service is good as they attend to our request promptly and the waiting time is minimal. It was a good dining experience except the price is on the high side.

Food was good, service was good at the start but when it got busy, it was difficult to catch the attention of the staff. Since they could only concentrate on one thing at a time, they tried to avoid eye contact with you which I totally could understand. When we finally got the attention of a lady to order a new dish, she told us the wait time for the new dish is 30 mins. When I tried explaining that we were halfway into eating n it didn't make sense to wait the 30 mins to get a new dish, she said something to the effect that this couldn't be helped. I said it wouldn't make too much diff to a new group that had not even started eating to get ours done first, she just looked helplessly at us. We left the restaurant feeling unsatisfied with our meal. ):

Glad all 6 ladies arrived by 7pm! Staffs very sensitive n patience with us, didn't show any anxiety cos 1 lady was late. We felt very comfortable dining here. Staff clear the shells on our plate n make our dinning pleasant. Good n happy dinning experience n we be back again. See you all soon.

Most expensive item ordered was the 88$ crab for two pax. Ordered the Black pepper flavor but the crab is bland. Meat was too soft and taste a little bitter and felt like the crab was boiled in water before cook in wok and black pepper taste was not infused in to the meat. Wife said crab was probably a dead crab and not live before cook!. We tasted better and cheaper black pepper crabs in neighbourhood kopitiam zhi char stall. Fried beancurd was ok. Brocolli with beancurd skin is normal. Seafood pop-rice porridge was also not hot enough .

The food were pretty decent. The crab and prawn were super yummy! Just that it was a little noisy but I guess that was inevitable

A bit pricey for the crabs and the mantou could be crispier Tofu and vegetable dishes were good and reasonably priced

Ordered a variety of dishes including Chilli crab, Clay-pot crab vermicelli soup, crispy prawn roll, Fried Soon Hock, Saliva plum pork ribs, handmade beancurd, fried vegetable, fried rice and a variety of non-alcoholic drinks. Food is fabulous and I especially enjoy the Clay-pot crab vermicelli soup. it ends up at SGD 60 per Pax.

Enjoy eating at Kelly Jie’s cause the food quality is always good and you don’t need to wait long for your food. Customer service is also good. Staff are very attentive.

Overrated!!! Crabs are not really fresh and properly wash as there's some mud stain. Staffs service are decent. We are throw to a small table in the middle of the walkway!

Waited for about 40mins to get our table despite having reservation made in advance. Limited big crabs end up accepted 700-800g crab for our claypot beehoon. Waited another 20-30mins for food to be served. Ambience noisy as it’s in an enclosed area. Crab very fresh & broth was yummy. Truffle pork tender but can skip.

Nice food esp truffle pork, pu er tea is fragrant and unique. Please make reservation when have 3 or more pax. This is eat and go place.

11pax of us went can fit into 1 big table. Ordered 3 flavour crab 700 to 800g $84 each which is very reasonable. Juicy too. 2 out of 3 crab had the harder meat.

Great seafood in the heartlands with more localized dishes for foreigners.

Generally food was good. Service was acceptable. Price a little higher than would be desired. Overall it was a satisfactory experience.

Some of the dishes like the salted egg prawn or pork rib are good. However the chilli crab is mediocore, so if you are here for the crab, you might be a bit dissapointed.

Helpful staffs and delicious food!! Brought my grandma here for dinner and had white pepper crab, claypot tofu, drunken marinated prawn, salted egg French bean, crispy yuanyang fried rice and home made ngoh hiang! Yummy

Chilli crab was fresh and they also cracked the shells beforehand for us. Also recommended the seafood combination pot. Variety of seafood for $35++. But find that the price is on the higher side, suitable for special occasions.

SCAM!!! Being charged S$ 500+ for only 2 crabs. I visited here 4 times before, food was good, and average 80 SGD. But last night, ordered crab as usual, they didn't mention the weight at all so I assume the price will be as usual ~100 SGD for one. but when check, they said crabs weighted 1.7kg, and charging me 500+ SGD (we have only 3 people). But the crabs were just same size as we had before. Can not argue with them, very disappointed. They really should not do business like that. Will NEVER visit again.
