Kam boat deluxe combinations, braised superior shark's fin soup in stone bowl, turbot 2 ways, stir-fried prawns w/ black truffle & egg white, braised whole abalone w/ veg, fried rice w/ abalone sauce wrapped in lotus leaf, sweetened almond cream w/ glutinous rice ball, red bean paste pan cake.

Shredded duck meat & fruits, double-boiled shark's bone soup w/ fish maw, pan fried scallop w/ pumpkin sauce & broccoli, steamed "Pa Tin" fish w/ olive, minced garlic & chilli, braised abalone w/ vegetables, crispy roasted chicken, braised ee-fu noodle w/ twin mushroom, mashed taro paste w/ gingko nuts.
