Kaiser house was a little difficult to find being located up on the first floor. Once inside the venue is nicely done out, staff friendly, polite and helpful! Big deserts fridge is extremely tempting. Really decent portion sizes of regionally accurate food!

Brought friends there, enjoyed the Austrian atmosphere. Staff was attentive and liked the food. We tried schnitzel, Hungarian sausage, liked the sandwiches and fried mushrooms that came with the beer promo. Recommended if you want to try authentic Austrian and Hungarian food

Highly recommended! We are having a family dinner here and enjoyed ourselves very much. We ordered their days special, have a cold plate and their soup. Everything is tasteful. The building just renovated so after dinner we went for a walk. Yes we will go back !

Very nice airy space, very relaxing ambience, friendly and attentive staff and good, solid German-European food. It was our second time there and we liked that it was not too crowded.

Lovely ambience. Polite staff. However, tea only a few tiny pieces trying to look appealing in a 3-tiered cake stand. All could have fit in a medium size plate. Tips of spouts of both teapots were chipped. Water for tea was lukewarm. Overall below expectations.

Not so attentive staff when the resturant has only 4 tables of partons. But must say the food potion is huge and the taste is yummy too.

Nice ambience in a beautiful space, food tasted good in general. Portion is a bit small for afternoon tea set but generous for pork knuckle and kids meal.

Excellent food especially the Kaiserhaus platter, portion is big for 3 actually. The chicken salad us also good. The Wiener Schnitzel is a tad disappointing though, taste a big bland. But overall great, non oily, very Austrian. And great ambience and service.

Very Austrian, bavarian type of atmosphere. Fantastic fried chicken. Doesnt feel oily in the mouth and very light and crispy batter. Breast meat was very juicy, not like many fried chicken places where the breast meat is often dry and hard.

The food was good and the coffee was strong, just like the way i like it. It was a good dining experience. The interior is so vintage and interesting.

Bought the groupon high tea deal. Great ambience, however, food potion could be bigger. Austrian food has acquired/unique taste, its either u like it or u dont.

Service is quite good but waiting about 45 mins for the food. The staffers were very friendly. Food tasted ok but lower than my expect.

We had the afternoon high tea set for two and an Austrian cheese sausage. The sausage was good while the items in the tea set was average. The service was excellent - the young waitress who attended to us was very warm and friendly. We would return to try other items on the menu mainly because the waitress made us feel so welcomed.

Rather tasty food but was very noisy on our visit. The noise generated from a big group of diners totally spoiled our experience there. We decided to leave early to have our desserts elsewhere instead.

Everything was excellent From Interior design to food to service. Fried mushrooms & Pork roast are recommended. they were rather short handed as there were only 4 service staff on ground and one of them is behind the pastry counter. Hence, we only see 3 service staff running around level 2 & 3. it was quite difficult to get their attention. Nonetheless, they were still polite and friendly. Thumbs up!

Staff appeared cold and unapproachable, one was even bordering on rude . Probably bec I was using a Groupon. Ambience was alright . Wouldn't return .

The restaurant is not difficult to access though it is located on the 2nd level. We tried the Balkan and Hungarian sausages which turned out to be a good choice. We liked the sweet sauerkraut. We also ordered the Happy Hour offer of 2 beers with a serving of fried mushrooms. The mushrooms were crispy without an oily taste. Overall, it was a good dining experience.

12/11 is my boyfriend's birthday. We celebrate his birthday at Kaiserhaus. Good! Food is good. Environment is nice! Service is excellent! ha ha ha ha ha!

Love the savoury food. Authentic. Good service too. Raspberry choc cake and kaiser pancakes were good. The kaisertorte was a bit soggy though. A pity.

Great atmosphere and service, the food was also pretty authentic which came as a surprise. It was a little tricky finding the restaurant but the signs set up by the restaurant were pretty helpful. Would recommend!
