Smoker - Roasted Chicken
Our chicken is first marinated in the spice rub, then slowly smoked to perfection. Served with barbeque sauce over the chicken. Per order of half of a chicken.
Barbequed Pulled-Pork Platter
Our smoker slowly cooks at low temperature with hickory wood for 12-14 hours until the pork shoulder meat is absolutely tender. We then carefully trim off the fat, hand-pull the pork, retaining the mouth-watering juiciness and delicious flavour. We serve this hand-pulled tender pork with a side dish of your choice.
Barbequed Beef Brisket Platter
Smoke-roasted for at least 14 hours to totally break down the toughness of the brisket, it is the served with a side dish of your choice and accompanied by mustard and horse radish.
Memphis Style Hickory-Smoked Barbeque Pork Ribs (Full Slab)
Baby Back Pork Ribs, smoked-barbequed for 4-5 hours. Tender, juicy and falling off the bone. Served with our homemade barbeque sauce unless you request to separate it.

Lamb Loin Chop
Premium quality New Zealand lamb-loin chops, 3 cutlets, grilled and served with mint jelly on the side
Kurobuta Pork Chop
This delicacy pork has a Japanese name, English origin and is now available for USA. Each chop is 300 grams, bone-in and has some fat attached to it. Served with apple sauce.
Fajita (Beef Tenderloin)
A traditional South-Western range cowboy dish. Marinated, grilled strips of meat with sautéed onion, belt peppers, served on a sizzling hot skillet accompanied by flour tortillas, sour cream and guacamole.

Soft, light, fluffy and tempting is this homemade Mexican style Tiramisu. It is generously laced with Kahlua liqueur, making it distinctively different from all other Tiramisu.
