Ambience was nice at the Punggol Settlement area. We ordered the Pork Duo and the Pork Risotto which tasted as good as they looked. Definitely worth going.

First time visit with the Entertainer App. Nice scenery with good food. Recommended to go with families or couples, and take a nice walk along the coast after dinner.

The ambience was great, as Horizon provided a view of the sea and it was relatively quiet even though it was almost full. The food was well done as well, with its dish providing an interesting flavour combination.

Great french food in a comfortable, relaxed environment! Fantastic place to sit outdoors... Particularly enjoyed the seafood risotto, seabass paella and the desserts were to die for - must try their butterscotch lava cake and pandan cream brulee (though be warned that portions might not be big enough since it's so good!)!!

Came here for hubby's birthday celebration. We did not have much time to enjoy at the restaurant as we have a movie to rush to thereafter. We informed the service staff on this and they advise us accordingly on the food we should choose (those with shorter cooking time) and the food were all yummy. The portions were rather small though. The only dish that took a long time is the "Garden by the bay" (the one which we thought should take one of the shortest time to make). Despite the rush, the waiter did remember to suggest "Garden by the bay" and put a candle on the dessert (pre-arranged through phone) as a surprise for hubby. Environment was good. Staff also frequently help us to check on the kitchen progress and most importantly they were friendly too!

Place is a bit small. Food is not fantastic and I will not consider going back again if I have a choice. Pricing is much higher too.

The food on the plate is always fantastic - rich but we'll balanced, perfect serving size so there is always room for dessert (so rich it might be worth just sharing 1 between 2). The service feels contradictory though, as if going through the motions rather than listening to the diners requirements and often lacking knowledge of the food presented. Normally this wouldn't phase me so much, but it just contrasts with the amazing impact of the food quality.

The food is good and the staff are friendly. The only unfortunate thing was the inclement weather which forced us into indoor from outdoor. But everything else was excellent.

A wonderful experience - both food and service were really great, and not only were the staff more than happy to stick a candle into a lava cake for me as a birthday surprise for my boyfriend, they took the extra step unasked to write out a happy birthday message on the plate. Highly, highly recommended for a memorable dining experience. :)

Great place to dine!! The food is great. Not to even mention the service. Got to order the gardens by the bay dessert. It's probably one of the dessert in my opinion.

Great service! The food was good overall, especially the crab linguini appetiser and duck confit entree. There could however be some improvement as the bread basket could be a little more refined and the beef cheeks were under seasoned. The ambience was wonderful with a lovely view of the sunset.

14 of us dine there on a Friday night - Primary school class reunion! Among us we tried, most of the main course, except the beef. They were very good. The Crab Meat Angel Hair was expertly executed. For dessert, chocolate lava cake, Gardens by the Bay and coconut parfait was worth every calories. May I add that the dishes were plated beautifully. The bread basket was rather normal compared the rest of the food. Though the adults found the bread a little over toasted, the kids polished up all the bread. The service came across as friendly and sincere, though one or two were less experienced. Will definitely come again.

We brought along our 6 month old son, and the pram was well accomodated for. We had booked for a Thursday night, but there wouldn't have been a need - there were plenty of spare tables, mostly al fresco. The evening was very good, with delicious food (Confit Duck and Beef cheek, highly recommended) for all 3 courses. The quality and presentation is above the prices asked, so it really is a good bargain for the effort they put in. My only regret is the waiters were required to ask us to buy a "$100 voucher" for a mere $75 at the end of service. This somewhat cheapened the experience of being there, and honestly, we were already happy paying what we did for the meals (as mentioned - good value for the work they put in). This is no doubt a requirement of staff by managers, so I don't blame them - they were attentive, low key and efficient. I would have given it a score of 5 (6 - well, that's just unattainable on a balcony overlooking Johor Strait) if this hadn't arisen.
