Crowded place but seating was OK with sufficient space to move around.

Took a number for priority queue. Need to wait for another half hour. Very crowded. But more convenient now at least. Soup is always good.

As usual the service level at Haidilao never disappoint. Waiter assigned to the area my table was in is very helpful and even helped to check if the store still has any blind box left and even gave extras in case of duplicated design.

One of my fav hdl but also one of the most crowded ones. Most central. Near mrt and the NEL. Love this place and the service. excellent like always.

we were quite disappointed as they did not give us the food credits for playing the games but rushed us to go into the restaurant when we are almost complete with our game. they said yes we will give you for 3 games but when footing the bill they only said we are entitled to 1 game.we had to appeal them to be fair then they gave us 2 games credit. else food is good and enjoyable

even with booking, we also waited about 45 mins for the seats (i still reach 15 mins before the reservation time), a bit upset on the waiting time, but service was good as per normal.
