We were being served immediately when we arrived. As usual HDL is always noisy but it's ok. We had a quick meal and the service was as per standard.

Overall visit was satisfactory. Service staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. All orders were served promptly too. Will be better if there were more promotions and noise levels were lower, as we had to raised our voices while chatting among ourselves and also when we were speaking to staff.

Too clouded and the service dropped and does not like last time. We understand clouded but the service should not dropped. Please take a look on it. I will come back again and hopefully there is improvement in future visit.

Hao Di Lao PLQ offers decent service, although the staff can be somewhat inattentive at times. Hotpot preparation is timely, but occasional lapses in attention detract from the overall experience.
