海底捞 Haidilao Hot Pot - 313

This is probably the best Hai Di Lao outlet. The wait is relatively short compared to other outlets and there’s a greater variety of side dishes. What’s lacking is the service - servers aren’t as friendly here and have zero proactivity.

More comfy lighting compared to most outlets. We managed to get a nice round table for 8 adults to celebrate various events in one setting.

Their service is wonderful! The wait staff for our table was very attentive to our needs, kept replenishing our soup and even brought us plain water even without us asking. Nail service, Bian Lian and dance performances are a plus.

HDL never goes wrong! Do make a pre booking before heading over as the branch here can get quite crowded and long waits at times

We are family of five and have visited your outlet at 313 on December 29 (Friday), 12pm for lunch. We were served by 蘇琳惠 and impressed by her hospitality and attentiveness. She is kind, helpful and friendly. Thank you for her service and we all have a wonderful dining experience.

The staff moral level at 313 is extremely low. there only a few staff who are really passionate about the job, with the others looking unsatisfied with their jobs.
