Had to wait quite awhile but food and service is good

the food was average for the price is not worth unless you buying the more expensive items in the menu.

This outlet feels smaller than other outlets. There was also a number of items in the menu that was not available or missing. But generallly standard of HDL still there.

Growing up with hotpots, I think it doesn’t taste any different whether in Haidilao or other hotpot restaurants. The main difference is the atmosphere (I waited 10mins seated in the waiting while drinking tea and eating peanuts even thou I made a reservation) and was guided to a big table that could seat 4 comfortable even though there’s only 2 of us. Feels a bit extravagant for a simple lunch. Also, the price is quite stew compared to other hotpot restaurants. All in all, it’s a place where you could impress your guests and have fun while doing it.

ordered 4 type of soup base. tomato the best. Food is fresh too. we celebrate a birthday & was given free dessert for birthday girl.

was pleasantly surprised with a private room which meant my group of 8 can chit chat at ease. food and service were great. i realised the menu indicated the allergen information which was helpful with dietary restrictions, kudos to HDL. will definitely visit again!
