Multiple times here and service is always prompt and good.

Bad and terrible. Made a request as it was my wife's birthday for the usual celebrations. Noticed the signage wasn't placed upon being seated and I asked the waitress who said yes, after meals. Nothing happened eventually and she even came to say food wastage (we had the buffet) will be charged. FYI this was not informed at all from the start and it was a few slices of meat left which we are good to pay for anyway but the attitude and service was terrible. When paying the bill I made one last attempt to hint asking if there id anywhere we could get a birthday cake, staff said 'oh just head to the basement' Last time patronising this terrible establishment

love the tomato soup and sichuan spicy soup base. meat are fresh and their service is really good! Homemade tofu pudding is always our favourite and fried crisp pork is our new favourite :)

Went there for a birthday celebration and it was great. Service was good. They sang songs and entertained everyone at the table. Will be back again.

Although we had a booking, we still had to wait one hour before we were seated and I found that amusing as I had already booked in advance but still had to wait even more. The food was good and so was the customer service.

Overall visit was satisfactory. Appetiser, food and dessert options available were more than other outlets, but some items were already out of stock when we went during dinner hours. However, all orders were served promptly, fresh and clean. Table was too small to accommodate all of us, but whole area was clean and tidy, while lightings and temperature were comfortable too. As it was peak hour, service staff were mostly busy and could not be seen anywhere nearby for assistance most of the time, but they remained very polite throughout our dining. Pricings were acceptable and mostly value for money. With the reservation, we did not have to wait at all. Unfortunately, the tables were too near and noise levels were rather high.

The service was abit slow because of the dinner crowd.

Restaurant lied about seat reservation. Only on the last day did they convert to priority queue. Mentioned they did call people on the last day. They didn't. Got a queue number and they never called back

First visit to Bedok Mall’s outlet and it was awesome. Was shocked that I was given a private room for 2pax & the overall variety of food and service was good as well.
