Setvice was good, staff were friendly. Celebrated a birthday there and they even sang the birthday song. Food wise quite okay but portions small so quite pricey
More expensive than anticipated. Ravioli too al dente for my liking. Service average. There are many other places serving better food at the price and service levels.
The appetizers were great - we had mussels & clams, grilled calamari, and yellowfin tartar. We were disappointed that some of our favorite mains were no longer on the menu, and had to order some other things instead that were not as good. Maybe next time we will just order more appetizers and forget the mains completely!
Food is value for money and quite tasty. Except their Bauchetta is too salty for my liking, staffs could take more initiatives on the serving of food. Plates too big and table too small. Place too small and noisy, not suitable for business discussion.
Food was great, service also very prompt and generally a very nice experience. Especially that the host was knowledgeable about the wines the restaurant has and made a good recommendation.
very nice meat and clams. all foods and beverages were reasonable price. But our table was little bit busy because some customers went outside and come back to smoke.
Service and ambuence was good. Lunch set was good value for money. Interestingly, all the service n cooks staff i saw looked like real Italians, it felt a little surreal right near Chinatown.
Pasta is small in portion but I like their pizza especially their Etna pizza. Service was surprising fast when I visited last week. Staff was courteous and friendly. Overall quite a pleasant experience.
The staff couldn't be more helpful, the restaurant was relaxed enough to be happy and atmospheric, but with white table cloths and a 'fancy restaurant' vibe. There was a LOT of seafood on the menu, which is not really my thing. The buratta was huge and delicious.
Etna is a cosy Italian restaurant which has not disappointed so far. We enjoyed the flavourful seafood antipasti with bread, lobster ravioli (we could have had more) and the tender pork wrapped with bacon atop sweet apple slices and mashed potatoes, and dessert! - tiramisu sprinkled with crushed pistachios. Delizioso! Etna's staff were very knowledgeable about their wine selection too.
I ate the steamed fillet fish, can't remember if it was bream or some other, but it was delicious. We shared a mixed salad to start. My husband had the set lunch and also thought it was excellent. The service was spot on. Shame of it was that we three were the only ones there, so the atmosphere was minimal, but we still enjoyed our visit, but because of the lack of other customers for lunch, I give the score 4/5.
When I reached the restaurant, they did not have my reservation record but they allowed me to continue with the meal anyway. Overall experience is great as the staff are very friendly and service at its tops. Will definitely go back.
It was good! But the Etna pizza came out just a little too cold (katong branch is better for this). Calzone was huge, but way too much starch and very thick. We enjoyed the ribeye, calamari and, naturally, the burrata. The service staff were generally quite helpful.
Food was generally good. Service was attentive. Even when the restaurant was busy, the waiters took time to stop to sing birthday songs and take photos for our group. :) Dessert was very yummy.
Good value 3 course set, we ordered 2 sets and an additional order of burrata . The octopus set n burrata was awesome but the veal set was a little disappointing. We found the veal dry n had little taste.
Good services, staff is good and price also reasonable I would like to come again with my friends or family to enjoy the good dinner again
Excellent food, exemplary service. Will always go back to Etna's for authentic Italian food. Recommended for meals with friends, colleagues and loved ones. Their pizzas, pastas and antipasti are great.
it's our third time there... we love Etna! and the Burrata is SUPERB!! melts in your mouth, smooth and creamy. only thing this time there was a large & loud group there which made it feel like a marketplace. it spoilt the nice ambience that they usually have.
Etna is becoming one of our fave restaurants in Singapore. It's consistently delicious, the staff are great and the management are actively involved to ensure a satisfactory dining experience. The specials are always interesting and truly special--items that aren't available anywhere else in Singapore, and yet, it's all authentic Italian comfort food.
Very nice food with nice service. My date and I throughoutly enjoyed the meal we had at Etna. Pricing were also reasonable. One of my top few restaurants to go!
service was a bit lack luster but still enjoyed the place and dinner. cozy environment and great food.
One of the best pizza places in SG, service is usually good.
Lovely and simple Italian decor, romantic ambience, attentive and friendly service crew, and good Italian food at a decent price. Their baked eggplant, lasagna, and panna cotta were my favourites. Would recommend this restaurant! :)
This place is by far, the best restaurant I've been to in Singapore. Second time back and we still loved it as much! Thank you ETNA service staff & chefs! -- Food was absolutely remarkable and the your service was fantastic. Thank you for the lovely surprise! I wasn't expecting it at all! Much love to all of you!
Great food and services! Especially I like truffle beef carpaccio and. Beetroot risotto.Thank you for the lovely birthday plate and good company .highly recommend to all.
I really enjoyed lunch with my friend. Especially crab meat linguine was delicious. Hospitality is also appropriate and comfortable. I would like to come again.
The food was of average standard and portions somewhat small for the price. The carpaccio was returned as it was tough and chewy; the chef apparently agreed but there was no attempt at service recovery. The prices for the wine were kind of inflated as well. Overall a disappointing experience considering the reviews.
Great food at homy Italian style interior! Location of this restaurant is very good - Main Street of Tanjong Pagar Road and very near Maxwell Food Centre!
Good and quality food served. We had the truffle carpaccio (fantastic), lobster ravioli (fantastic) and lamb shank (sauce slightly salty for our liking). Dessert was the lava cake (fantastic but portion too small). Service was good as well, but not particularly outstanding.
Overall the service is good. The place seems to be so popular since the table was full at around 7PM. However the quality of food is not above our expectation.
The experience was awesome. Delicious food and the ambience was great, a perfect hangout place for family and friends. The staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely visit the place again. Highly recommended!
Wonderful food and pleasant staff. They held the table for us even though the rest of the party were late. Staff were attentive and very helpful. Thank you so much to the wait staff.
Lovely food and atmosphere. Friendly attentive service and a free limoncello! Ravioli with lobster is fantastic and tiramisu dessert with chocolate spoon was delicious. Will definitely return!
Great food - great service - the clams for entrée (they are happy to tweak the dish to contain clams only instead of clams and mussels is ) was absolutely excellent
Great Italian food - the pizza's a must try - however at times the service a bit lacking. Reasonably priced wine and cozy authentic restaurant.
Great food and service, will definitely return again. Try the mascarpone cheese and truffle laden pizza crust! Food is worth the amount of money cost
