Excellent food and service, great for business lunch, easy to have conversations. Its an authentic Italian place, with a cosy and relaxed feel to it.
Good and friendly waiters. Recommend! Will come back again. Recommend the dessert especially the tiramisu cake. Yums. Thanks for the wonderful experience! See you again!
Timing of Serving is also very much excellent and did not disturb at all our conversation. Surely food is always nice and enjoyed mariage with good wine.
The grilled fish was great. Entree was good too. I will try the pizza next and the desserts. But the grilled fish hard to go past.
For anyone who hasn't gone to Italy, I feel sad that they would think this is a representation of Italian food. Cheap, nasty meat, heavy pasta, tasteless pizza. Italian food is meant to be fresh and bursting with flavour- this is not. Waiters unhelpful and service slow. As an Italian I was appalled at this restaurants offerings
Patronised on a weekday lunch, so the restaursnt was pretty empty. Waiters were very attentive. Overall food was good. We had the lunch sets. Didn't really enjoy the pizza and desserts. Dessert served were hazelnut brownies, which were a tad on the hard side.
food was delicious, ambiance was delightful, staff there were very friendly and attentive. we had a great time celebrating our friend's birthday there. Will definitely go back again.
My party and I have has a fantastic experience. Not pretentious, delicious food, attentive staff. Prices are really pretty affordable too. We will definitely return again.
The service was great! We loved the burrata as well as the crab linguine - it was very satisfying. Will come back for the burrata
Very good service and hospitality with good ambience and food. Well protioned dishes, fresh and tasty. Always an enjoyable and delicious meal at Etna Duxton.
Food - We had an entree - bruschetta & buratta. Both were fresh and very tasty. I ordered the crab pasta and eventually sent it back back for 2 reasons. firstly, the actualamount of crab mixed into the sauce was pathetic, that I told the manager "it was not acceptable". Naturally she explained that that was a "normal amount". What a joke! A small half crab was also part of the meal, and I had to use my hands to dig out the pathetic amount of crab meat it contained. This is just silly - I don't go to an italian restaurant to get my hands dirty digging out crab from its shell. I eventually ordered another pasta dish and it was great. Service - they were really busy so every time we needed the waiter's attention we had to wait for a while. The young man who was serving our wine reached across the table to pour wine into my glass and ended up spilling it all over the glass and onto the stem of the glass. He then apologised, came over to my side of the table, and then cleaned up the mess. If he had not been lazy and come over to my side of the table in the first place, there is a smaller chance this would have happened.
Nice place for a quiet Sun lunch. Food was delicious and unique preparation with fresh ingredients. Enjoyed very much the mussels and clams appetiser, especially the flavourful sauce!
Foods was good.... but was disappointed as i left a message to the restaurant that we will be celebrating our second year anniversary on that day and hope that they can make our celebration a memorable ones. But there was nothing done. Kind of upset over it.
Very friendly staff and the food is great too! Love the burrata so much, this is my second visit and will definitely come back again
Great food for a party of 2 ladies for lunch: buratta; linguine al granchio, pistachio tiramisu, cappuccino. Attentive service: noticing our interest, staff provided detailed explanation of pasta of the day, recommending to share if the option is of a large portion, no hard-sell.
the food is amazing, everything is good but the dessert is quite disappointing, i ordered the tiramisu and the lava cake but both were average. but everything else is superb, the burrata, the crab pasta, the lamb shank and pizza all exceeded my expectations. to top it off, the service was excellent ! definitely will be back !
Great food with good service, will definitely visit again :)
Good taset, Good atmosphere, Good timing, everything is on time and never be dessappointed. Specially sweet is must try item. Better try in any occasions with any persons!
Great food. Can't get more italian that that. And I am italian! Antipasti Etna is great. The orata was perfect. Try the cassata if you go there.
A great restaurant for a first date! Squid ink pasta provided much amusement and tasted great. Tuna cerviche appetiser a nice start. Fair value and good service.
Great food and great service and a bill that was good value for money. Etna does specials which mean there is always something different to try, and the specials are very good - will definitely be back.
Good good and good service. I love the appetizer. The pasta and pizza was a little disappointing tho. Could be improved. But overall good experience
The food is really good. Especially the fish and desert. The service is comparable to high class restaurant. The atmosphere is fantastic The price also reasonable
Nice and attentive service but the food is not as good when the crowd is there. The food quality could be better on less crowded days
Food was not bad, ambiance was good, except that serving time was pretty slow for crowded Saturday night. Can consider dining a little earlier at 6.30pm or later at 8.30pm to avoid slow serving time.
Went there for my girlfriends birthday. Had 2 mains, garlic bread, bottled water and bottle of white wine. which cost around SG$170. Food is very good and service is very very good.
Good service. Waiters are quite friendly and knowledgable. The location is superb. A good place for meeting ur friends or family dinner. We ve tried some main dishes. All have met our expectation.
Nice food, quiet and cozy ambience and awesome services. Packed even on a weekday. That usually would say a lot about the place's popularity. Would recommend.
Excellent service, great food, lovely ambience. This is my third time dining at Etna. As always, we had an enjoyable family dinner and we'll certainly be back for more!
We were early for dinner on a Friday and reached around 6.30pm. There were more servers waiting to serve than customers. They were hospitalable as usual.
Great food as usual. The pizza was fantastic. But we were seated at a corner near the restroom and hence was a little noisy. Overall nice experience.
Very good pizza. Perfect seating space outside. Service is friendly.
We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Etna. Great service, friendly staff who were thoughtful and very observant. We would definitely recommend this place and come back again!
Great atmosphere and service. Focaccia di Recco and risotto with artichokes were simply superb, great Vermentino, dessert and passito. Ingredients were very fresh and cooked in perfect italian style.
Friendly service with great recommendations :) The service crew were attentive too - they offered to turn down the air-conditioning when I put on my jacket. We had a good time devouring the dishes too. Each dish was prepared with care and you could taste that through the subtle flavours of each dish :) Thumbs up
The food was really nice and service was good as well! It's always a nice place to dine at! :) we tried two of their specials and it was really yummy!
Love the food and ambience as well as their excellent service. I wanted to order risotto but there is only seafood risotto in the menu. I asked if they have other risotto and the staff recommended mushroom/ parmesan cheese but still not what I wanted. He then went to the kitchen to speak to the Chef. A few mins later, the Chef came personally and recommended black truffle risotto with foie gras. I immediately agreed. And it turned out great! Dinner was great. I'm satisfied
Food was great although a tad salty for our tastebuds. Service was excellent! I love the tiramisu too! Had a great evening dining at Etna!
Food is value for money and quite tasty. Except their Bauchetta is too salty for my liking, staffs could take more initiatives on the serving of food. Plates too big and table too small. Place too small and noisy, not suitable for business discussion.
The appetizers were great - we had mussels & clams, grilled calamari, and yellowfin tartar. We were disappointed that some of our favorite mains were no longer on the menu, and had to order some other things instead that were not as good. Maybe next time we will just order more appetizers and forget the mains completely!
Setvice was good, staff were friendly. Celebrated a birthday there and they even sang the birthday song. Food wise quite okay but portions small so quite pricey
Food was great, service also very prompt and generally a very nice experience. Especially that the host was knowledgeable about the wines the restaurant has and made a good recommendation.
More expensive than anticipated. Ravioli too al dente for my liking. Service average. There are many other places serving better food at the price and service levels.
Etna is a cosy Italian restaurant which has not disappointed so far. We enjoyed the flavourful seafood antipasti with bread, lobster ravioli (we could have had more) and the tender pork wrapped with bacon atop sweet apple slices and mashed potatoes, and dessert! - tiramisu sprinkled with crushed pistachios. Delizioso! Etna's staff were very knowledgeable about their wine selection too.
Pasta is small in portion but I like their pizza especially their Etna pizza. Service was surprising fast when I visited last week. Staff was courteous and friendly. Overall quite a pleasant experience.
Service and ambuence was good. Lunch set was good value for money. Interestingly, all the service n cooks staff i saw looked like real Italians, it felt a little surreal right near Chinatown.
The staff couldn't be more helpful, the restaurant was relaxed enough to be happy and atmospheric, but with white table cloths and a 'fancy restaurant' vibe. There was a LOT of seafood on the menu, which is not really my thing. The buratta was huge and delicious.
very nice meat and clams. all foods and beverages were reasonable price. But our table was little bit busy because some customers went outside and come back to smoke.
Food was generally good. Service was attentive. Even when the restaurant was busy, the waiters took time to stop to sing birthday songs and take photos for our group. :) Dessert was very yummy.
When I reached the restaurant, they did not have my reservation record but they allowed me to continue with the meal anyway. Overall experience is great as the staff are very friendly and service at its tops. Will definitely go back.
