The atmosphere is great maybe at the Mandai Wildlife West outlet, it's not so crowded on a weekday lunch.

The table assigned to us was at a corner hence bit difficult for the waiters to see us . We have to keep going to them for any add ons or requests

Nice seafood dinner with a view of the outdoors, aircon setting.

My second time... noise level is dependent on the other customers. My visit...there were children and parents did not control them well. As for food, they were great but the restaurant did not serve plain water. Even if we were willing to pay 50cents for a glass, the restaurant did not serve plain water but sold sparkling water at $5???

Booked restaurant for my son 2 year old birthday dinner. Staff serving us was not attentive to reservation detail. No birthday cake options/celebration available. Ops manager who attended to us was way more hospitable and attentive several moments later. Chefs were outstanding- came out of kitchen even to serve the food personally with a smile. Food quality were great. Restaurant should look into celebrations service (or at least a slice of cake on menu for birthday patrons).
