An unexpected find along upper Thomson. Love their brunches and mains. Definitely try the truffle mushroom pasta!

Service crew were really helpful and friendly, pretty small yet cozy place. Be sure to book seats beforehand in case of crowd (as there are limited seats)

the duck Confit was dry and the sides could have been more appetizing and wholesome. the coffee was not bad. and the Works not bad too.

was disappointed to find out that the grilled cheese sandwich is no longer on the menu but we enjoyed our meal nonetheless

Second time visiting. This time somehow more crowded than my first visit though I visited on same day same timing (Saturday 2pm). Ordered duck confit hash and mac n cheese. Both are nice, but still The Works is nicer and more worth it! :)

Although I didn’t think the MAC and cheese was fantastic, coffee was great! However they might be a little short in manpower, we had to wait for quite a bit. Overall the experience was still decent!

The brunch menu "The Works" is really superb and quite value for money! Very worth it if redeeming one for one with Burpple Beyond! The bacon was thick and juicy, the sausage is huge and superb. The avocado cream also very unique!

Second visit. Truffle mushroom pasta was so good! Came to try a second round to be sure the first fantastic visit was not a fluke! Love that there is no gst and service charge (and yet the service was still good!). Able to pay with mileslife or favepay also!

First time to this place. I love the food! Portions are alright. Not huge, just about right. The duck confit hash is interesting, pulled duck meat and potatoes and other veggies. The truffle mushroom pasta is awesome! The pasta used is not so commonly seen in dishes. And I love that the dish seem to consist of more mushroom than pasta! Recommended!

Coffee and food were good, would go to Birdy’s over Habitat Coffee anytime.

Very helpful staff who were friendly and kind. Food was better than average but the prices are slightly higher than the typical cafe. Truffle mushroom soup was awesome. Cost $14 though for a half filled bowl.

Food and service was good. Tried the granola but the granola portion so too little with mug more yogurt. Would be good to give more granola!

The waiter forgot one of our dishes. We asked him to double check on it but he didn’t get back as he realised he forgot. Only when we asked a second time did he admit. Terrible

food and service was very good. However, because i made a reservation last minute, there weren't any seats indoors initially. Eventually managed to shift inside and enjoyed the food and drinks very much :)
