Nothing below expectations for BITP. Just that again, it costs quite a bit but that’s the price you pay for good service and experience.

Collagen soup was more jelat than Paya Lebar’s outlet, and rice is not free too. But the ambience is still good! Hope the service could be better though.

The collagen soup is nice ! Need to order with the Fried beancurd. Prawn paste is nice to. But need to wait awhile even with booking as it is always crowded.

Beauty In A Pot has ruined hotpot experiences for me – cos it's that good! The collagen soup never fails to win the hearts (and bellies) of those I bring, and of course, wonderful service as always.

Can’t go wrong with beauty in the pot But for some reason, the fruits are always sweeter at kinex as compared to Centrepoint

A nice place for steamboat. Service was not bad. But too bad seated near entrance. Abit hot.

Atmosphere was alright, seated near the children's play area so it was rather noisy.
