Wait staff at the entrance had pretty poor service (nonchalantly said he couldn’t see my booking, but that he had seats, to which he pointed to a corner of the restaurant not bothering even walking us to the table); thankfully the other waitstaff showed great service - friendly and prompt to serve our food and drinks. Food wise pretty decent, had the hokkien mee that was okay, but aesthetically pleasing.
Affordable food and good service. Better if food can be served hot.
Place has a nice vibe. Very delicious cocktails and friendly staff. Worth to check it out!
Good ambient and friendly staffs. Nice place to have friend gathering and drinking.
Food is average. Not many people are there during dinner time but staffs aren’t really attentive to us.
Very nice bar!! The staff was Also very friendly. Would come again!
Food was pretty good, servings are quite a lot but seems kitchen a little bit slow on food
Love the foods there but Pork Knuckle can be better from my own preferences. Overall a good visit to go.
very stylish and inviting ambience, food was delicious, great service
Food and service is good, only downside during my visit was that their recommended Crispy Pork Knuckle was not available but I would think this is just a matter of happenstance.
Nice ambience & food. There was a 1-for-1 promotion on that day too.
Always pleasant visit to Beast and Butterflies. Like the ambiance.
My partner & I have been to B&B 3 or 4 times in the past year, but this was the first time since Covid. Because the entrance we normally use (from the hotel) was closed, we had to use the main entrance and realized for the first time how 'deep' this space is! We had a table for two just by the entrance & bar area, and my partner was concerned about all the traffic passing by us to enter and leave. It appeared to be very busy on a Friday evening. Our food was good, delicious burrata salad, laksa craving satisfied, too much fries consumed so we couldn't finish the barramundi and had to take that away. Checking out took some time due to the staff being busy, but interactions with the staff was polite and positive.
Nice food and environment. The desert and lobster porridge are fantastic.
Been here many times, however, they do not serve the same beast burger anymore, which is a let down as the new beast burger isn’t as nice although it’s cheaper
Their new menu is even better, although they no longer selling some of my favourite dishes. But I still preferred the atmosphere there for a cosy brunch with my friends on Saturday afternoon.
Went for after dinner drinks. Love the ambiance and dessert was really good with reasonably priced drinks. Thumbs up to one of the male waiters he was really great! but the other female waitress wasn’t really friendly and polite
Had a very enjoyable few hours, the waiter was a lovely person and great service, something which I find difficult to get here in Singapore. Very engaged and also made a big effort with customers, i like that, the food was good and it was good value for money.
Ordered a Latte and Sweet Potato Mont Blanc, both tasted average. Good service from the staff and a nice quiet place to relax on a weekday.
Great for bridal parties! They even offered the bride a drink on the house :)
The beef short ribs were very good. Would suggest having more drinks promotions.
Had drinks by the bar and breakfast here. Staff and bar manager were friendly.
Service was a little spotty on Xmas Eve but still good overall. Pricey food but we are there more for the ambience and the cushy sofas.
Cosy place with interesting fushion food that does not disappoint.
Service is good and food is definitelyabove average for a hotel restaurant. If only the prices were a little lower - but it is a hotel restaurant after all.
The restaurant well set up for groups and although is nice to have live music entertainment, restaurant, we found the volume is too loud to have any decent conversations. Would advise the management to lower the volume so that diners can enjoy the entertainment as well as able to catch up with their friends/families whilst enjoying their yummy food selections.
Service was good. Food was pretty good too for a hotel restaurant albeit a little pricey. Love the sofas and ambience. Good for an afternoon chill. One thing that disappointed though was the use of cheap and chewy minced beef for the kids bolognese meal - so chewy that my kid wouldn’t eat it. I had to spit out the beef too when I tried. Hopefully feedback given time the kitchen will be taken into account.
The ambience was great and good customer service by the staff. Thank you.
Though there were some hiccups on the timing. I was quite happy that the hotel savage the situation v fast for mecand my guestm
Food & service was great. Highly recommended ! Nice ambience
Service from the waitress was good and the salted egg popcorn chicken was flavoursome however the claypot chicken lacked flavour.
Nice cosy atmosphere, simple food. Good location for business lunch or dinner dates.
