Make sure you order that book bowl of rice topped with massive amounts of ikura.

Awesome atmosphere, but a little noisy - it is a bar afer all 😹 but it's got an awesome atmosphere, awesome staff and the ikura bowl 😻😻😹😹 noice!! hahaha

Had the overflowing salmon roe bowl, its outstanding in terms of rara. Would suggest sharing to spread the love. Skewers.are fantastic.

Skewers is really nice however the individual hotpot portion is quite little.

1) The salmon ikura rice bowl is absolutely worth ordering (and eating, of course)! Unless you have allergy to salmon ikura or rice, this is a must try! 2) I also ordered the Hokkaido Wagyu Steak, which is supposed to be set on fire by the waiter. However, he forgot and being my first time ordering this dish, I didn't realise that there was supposed to be sizzling fire on the steak -- I lost out on the taste there. So, if you are ordering this dish, make sure it's on fire! (Request so if it's not properly served.)

Food was AMAZING and the 6 dollar highballs were refreshing

Would have prefer the grilled menu to be more extensive. The waiting time for the food is rather long but at least the food is good. I am definitely coming back for their fish roe bowl

Will recommend The Hokkaido Wagyu beef steak which is nicely done that will melt in your mouth! Like the yakitori meat ball too, it was very soft, tender and juicy! However Aburi sushi salmon was rather pricy and nothing to shout about, except for the torching fire performance when it was served. If you like overflowing ikura rice bowl, just go for it! Overall abit more pricy than other mid range jap restaurant but quality of food is fresh and nice!

Really fun decoration which makes you feel like you are in japan. Prices are slightly on the high side but it’s ok for a night out.

Love this place so much as the price for each dish is consider very reasonable, with such quality of food and portion! Except for the wagyu steak abit too small but the steak was so good that melts in my mouth! :P Of cod not forgetting the Ikura Rice Bowl! That was why we were there! Will definitely go back again! Highly recommended!

Good place to food and drinks with friends. I like the sushi plates and 1 L highball. Enough outside table and separate area for smoker who like to drink and smoke. Enjoy the night.

Generally a place with nice Japanese vibes & good quality food but you need to be prepared to pay a bit more. So it’s slightly on the higher side of the price tag. We did love our ikura bowl tho! Great experience

Staff were friendly and attentive. Loved the overall vibe of the place and the many gimmicks which were very fun; especially for a group gathering. Good was lovely too - Only downside was food came out slow.

My friend and i do not like the food, over rated restaurant. Chawamushi very salty, lamb n pork skewker were not fresh. Very disappointing experience.

The food is served quickly. Enjoyed the experience of sudden cheers ehich bring the hype of the restaurant.

Expensive. Not value for money. sashimi wasn't fresh despite the price. They also ran out of the main meats like steak and chicken skewers so there wasn't much choice other than the tsukune sticks.

Yesterday the restaurant has some kind of event and had no inside table. Had to sit outside. No prior information. The outside seat has so many bugs flying around and some jumped into the food... Spent a very uncomfortable time.

The Japanese manageress is always very attentive, with a smile. The restaurant has an excellent selection of sake and the manageress will take her time to explain the varying quality and price point of these sake.

Have a great evening at the robertson quay, the nice and friendly staff, clean and well prepared sushi. The staff arrange a proper outdoor area for seating. Would sure recommend to my friends on this nice, cosy japan dinning.
