After going to racines for dinner, totally recommend popping by 1864 which is just right outside for a nice coffee

It was a pleasant experience for an afternoon tea here. Very spacious and there were so many huge bears around the sofa. It took a while, more than 30 minutes until the afternoon tea set was served but was later explained that they were made to order; hence the longer waiting time. Would be a better experience if the expectation was set when we ordered. In any case the food was good, sweet selections were not too sweet which was great. The lady staff who served us was so nice to explain in detail each of the item and even offered to take a photo for us. And came to check on us if everything was ok. Overall a recommended place to have an afternoon tea.

I ordered afternoon tea and had to wait for quite a long time. It is a shame that we had to wait so long even though we had made a reservation.

Nice happy hour wines starting from 5pm. Cozy hotel lounge to read, work for for business meetings. High tea available.

This is not standard I have experienced/ I would have expected from Sofitel branding. Restaurant manager/ GM of the hotel should urgently consider to update their standards. Even the basic things like seating's were filthy and worn out. Over all experience of this place was just big chaos and lacking professional management. Staff was trying with very basic service knowledge . We had booked afternoon tea . Food was interesting but clearly staff needed a professional leader to help them to up date the service to international level. Now it felt like basic 3 star hotel afternoon tea were you more and less help yourself. I felt so sorry for staff who have not clearly supported by management (which shows management is not up to their job). My quest was ready just to leave the place. The worst thing was first seating offer which felt like staff seating behind the bar ! Table had been booked week before ! Come on, Sofitel has a such good branding name in the market. This place really dropped our expectation of Sofitel branding

Great place for business meetings with a nice selection of tea and cocktails.

Quite a lot of beverage to choose from spirit, liquor, wine, beer, soft drink, tea and barista-made coffee. Finger food can be quite limited. Service level need to be improve, food and drink waited quite long time. Calling the waiter need to wave our hands multiple times LOLX Overall nice atmosphere and relaxing place!! Will come again for sure
