nice setting... great variety of choice for food too. their sauce is serve & mix by the waitress....
Great experience. The soup base is tasty. Definitely will go again
My favorite Sichuan steamboat in Singapore. Love the beef butter soup base!
We are so happy because the staff is very considerate. Our friends are sick and do not want to take the spicy soup. Though they have to provide mala soup base, they helped us to scoop out all the chili in the soup and made it less spicy.
The food is very fresh and the service was great!
Very good food and ambience. Staff were very helpful as well !
Even though they were very busy during the new year eve, they still serve their customers at their best! Great customer service and very obliging as I have counted the wrong number of people joining the dinner but they were still very accommodating to find the best solution to fit in. Thank you very much!
very good environment and the food is fresh..most important is the service very good
Good location and the Mala soup base is really awesome
Good service with good food! Love the condiments that the service staff “concocted”.
Mala is very nice! Waiting time is longer than expected
Beautiful deco within the restaurant. I like the soup broth. However, rather expensive.
Price slightly cheaper than HDL. Mala is more authentic. But service cannot compare to...
Nice ambience with good food and service. Value for money.
Not that good. Not many choices for the food and condiments. Ox tongue Super hard to chewy.
Authentic mala steamboat one can have with fresh ingrdients. Love it
Good dining experience with good food and well serviced staff
It was so good Like the food and services .
Great. Enjoy the experience. There will be more visits to come
Nice mala soup, but not much variety of food. But will go again as the soup is nice.
The food was nice and the service was good too.
Awesome and good ambience for gathering. Will come back and visit again :)
Staffs are very friendly. The food is nice and will visit again
Visited Xiao Long Kan in the afternoon, the expectation was good as usual.
The servers are friendly though quite busy. Had one of our serving portion wrong but it was rectified fairly quickly. Had the tri-pot soups, i must say they have one of the best soup base i have tried (the soups are full of flavour, good to drink on it’s own.
Prices are pretty steep. Meat quality is average. If you are sitting at the corner, it is very hard to get waiters attention and they easily forget your request until they attend to them immediately
Special mention to Kenny for his service. Atmosphere of the place is good and relax. The soup base is really good. The tomato and pork bone soup recommended. Will visit this place again :)
Went on a weekday for lunch. Service was good, food was interesting, though a bit on the pricey side i feel.
Excellent food and service. Very delicious. Just a little pricey.
服务员很热情的为我们从多个角度拍照,我和我的小伙伴们都非常愉快。 We really enjoyed the time and the food in the restaurant.
The food was good! Service not as prompt as HDL but quality of food was there. As pricey though. A bit cramp in terms of space.
My favorite steamboat in sg! Love the beef butter spicy soup base!
Overall the dining experience is good at this restaurant. The staffs serve you patiently! The mala soup based is the most recommended, must try when you give a visit.
Their Service is slow, even when there is no crowd
My favorite restaurant that I will go when I have craving for Mala Hotpot.
Very good service and food quality, will visit again when time permits.
Nice ambience. Food and services are good. Open until 6am.
Good service, good food. But would rather go to Haidilao for the the price paid ($45~ per pax). Overall still a good experience!
It was an overall enjoyable experience for a gathering with old friends. Food was good and there isnt a huge crowd in the restaurant, however, it would be better if the waiters and waitresses can be more attentive to the drinks and soup top up. We had to look for the waiters and waitresses a couple of times for the services.
Good, nice environment, reservation makes it much easier to dine
The steamboat broth is refreshing and the mochi with brown sugar sauce is a must try
Service was terrible here. Waitress did not seem like she knew what was going on, lack of explanation of their menu also lead to wrong orders which they refused to rectify. All in all a bad experience and the food (and pricing) wasn’t even that good. Go to any other hotpot place for a better experience!
Almost once every month, taste of hometown, authentic smell and flavor but abit high cost.
This was the 2nd time I patronized the restaurant within 1 month. I still think this is one of the best Mala Hotpot that you can find in Singapore.
food are very fresh and quality. quite many options. however, price is not attractive ... haha
Reserved for my friend’s family, the local singapore angmo style family. They love the taste and the desserts, the black sugar jelly ends the spicy hotpot perfectly.
Return customer many times alrdy. As the local Chongqing people, having the most similar authentic taste in Singapore, how can I skip it?
Athentic taste of original ChongQing Hotpot. Price a but high, but occasionally I will be willing to go rather than Hai Di Lao.
Mala hotpot is nice and spicy. Friendly staff and clean environment.
The place is clean and the servers were very friendly and polite. Thumb up!
