I love the freshness of the seafood at the Naked Finn. Service was prompt and attentive but food order fulfillment was a tad slow. The portion of food has reduced slightly as well since my last visit.

Awesome seafood, especially the Wild caught gamba carabinero prawn! must try! it is grilled on its own - very sweet meat and the prawn head is full of flavour!

We love Naked Finn. Freshest fish, most imaginative preparations, gracious service, peaceful location! We also like their baby sister bar down the road for the best burger in S.

Excellent seafood, truly first class. The service is super friendly and helpful. I live the greenery in the place and the coconut rum slush cocktail is a must try. Pricey but worth it

Good service from staff. Very responsive in reservation follow-up and describe the cooking methods and ingredients for every dish served. As for the dishes in set A for two, the taste variety can be improved

I found it to be a relaxing place away from the city. The service was very friendly and we enjoyed discussing our meal with the service staff. When the food came, it was very enjoyable and it went just fine with the the good range of white wine served. The food was uniquely different and very tasty. Yes i would definitely go there again.

Food was great as always, but the cocktail menu has been reduced to only 1 cocktail from the time they were smaller and down the road, thank goodness they kept my fav. coconut cocktail, would still recommend friends to go dine there as its really a unique culinary experience

The food here is excellent, mostly fish but two meat courses. However, the dessert course offered only different tasting sorbets and had they included cheese on the dessert menu we would have bought it. Paper napkins instead of cloth napkins do not match the prices of the food, and the service was inadequate - impossible to get any of the staff's attention while they walked around clearing tables with their heads down. We poured our own wine. When we did get attention, they were pleasant and telephoned a taxi for us.

The hei mee tng and grilled baby squid were delicious! The prawns in the hei mee tng were not very fresh though as the shell was stuck to the meat. Overall, pleasant experience!

The much anticipated prawn mee and fish noodle soup sadly did not live up to our expectations. We were so excited to try it with our client over lunch. 3 out of 3 voted that for the price and quality, it was not worth it. Having said that, I had dinner at Naked Fin 6 months ago and it was great hence the lunch arrangement recently. Perhaps it was an off day for them?

Celebrated my wife's birthday at the restaurant. Exquisitely prepared dinner. Particularly liked the Wild-caught "baby" Indian squid and farmed yesso scallop. And great way to complete the meal with the house-made fresh coconut sorbet. Excellent service, knowledgeable and friendly staff.

This was my second time here. I wasn't impressed the first time but this time, a lady waiter was very knowledgable and gave really good recommendations. Our table of 5 had the cold beehoon, fresh prawns with salted egg yolk dipping sauce and the prawn risotto was the best. Also fantastic for sambal lovers. Try the coconut mock tail or cocktail. Super refreshing.

Fresh seafood prepared simply, highlighting its natural taste. Promoting sustainability by serving alternative species to allow endangered ones to recover. Knowledgeable and courteous staff. Pared down but sophisticated decor. Fits the artsy feel of Gillman Barracks. Overall, a great experience!

The "local" food were average and really not worth the money. The burgers were good, though the truffle fries were better. Maybe it was how there are all these expectations on the quality of food and also how the wait staff described how delicious the food we're going to be. Having said that, service is good, with friendly and attentive wait staff. Ambience is also nice at Gillman Barracks.

Nice ambience. Too many cold dishes in the set menu. Should consider substituting one of the dishes to either a soup or a dessert. Clam dish has overpowering taste of fried shallot.

Overall, the ambience, service, and quality of food was very good. It was nice to have a spunky service staff who shared the specials, and also engaged on what made the food offerings so special and unique. It was a bustling lunch crowd, and whilst it did take a bit long to get the food, the overall feel and sincerity of the people there made the place a venue I would venture to bring other guests and loved ones to in the future!

Quality of food is fine. However, does not carry the gourmet restaurant experience both in terms of food presentation and uniqueness in taste. Service is adequate and polite but not superior. From value for money perspective, a little below the line.
