The service provided by the staff was very profressional and overall our experience there was a very fruitful one. I'm very satisfied by the service.

Not bad! Friendly staffs.. They willing to recommend and help to explain games that we are unfamiliar. If they can have more games or new games will be better!

Great place to go for a group to have fun, unwind and relax together, food and drink is satisfactory, but the desserts are surprisingly good!

Enjoyable time at mindcafe. Staff was really helpful and didn't mind facilitating one of our games as the gamemaster when we were really confused with that game. Very good service.

Service is fast, staff are friendly and patient towards us (10-12 pax). The temperature of the room can be slightly cooler though. Overall experience is still good.

My reservation was at 4pm. Went there but had to wait for almost 40mins because according to them, the previous customers refused to leave. They served us well in the 40mins that we waited, by giving us free titbits and chairs for us to sit and wait. They also sounded nice and apologetic. We thought the service was pretty sincere and good at that time. We finally went in at around 440pm. Had to say, service by the staff was really good in the few hours that we were playing the games. They were patient with our food or drink refill requests and nice and friendly in the coaching of the games. However, at the end of the session, our impression of the cafe changed. We took the 4 hour package so we assumed the games would end at about 845pm. While we were playing the last round of our game at around 830-840pm, someone came to rush us several times to leave (not just to finish up the game). We repeatedly told them that all we needed was a short while more to finish up. We were playing saboteur (those who know the game would know this game wouldn't drag on and on because we have no more cards left to draw and the table was already full of what we have 'built'). We merely needed like a few more mins to finish up the game and this was communicated twice or thrice to the same staff who came many times to ask us to pack up. He told us that he went to ask his manager but we had already exceeded 6mins of grace period (and so we had to pack up immediately). Not even sure how the grace period was calculated because we actually went in at around 440pm after a 40mins wait?! We were shocked because there were many other empty tables around, and we already wasted almost 40mins earlier just waiting for a table (that we had booked). We felt that they were being too calculative on the extra few minutes we needed to finish up the game (especially when there were lots of empty tables nearby). Btw, we are not too sure if it's the same Filipino looking guy (perhaps the 'manager' mentioned by the staff) who served us earlier and who had gotten his staff to rush us off. Would say that we were really turned off by what happened. We're happy with the previous few times we went but this time round it was really quite a disappointing experience. Don't think we would go back to the cafe again.

Nice place to chill your leisure time away. Can learn more games whilst chatting. Good for group gathering and binding session. Good place to recommend...

Fun time bonding with friends. However, selection of games were very pretty much limited compared to other cafes out there. can improve on that yo!

Got our table immediately and the servers were attentive! Some games that we wanted to play were already taken so we had to wait for those. Otherwise, it was great!

Service was bad...too little staff, too many customers. Worst, the service staff don't know how to play the games...this is very different from two years ago when I frequent this place.

It is a good place for friends to play n enjoy. But food was terrible. Food is salty, prawn not fresh.May want to improve on that

The staff are friendly and fun. Definitely a recommended place to go. Suggestion: As we will spend long hours there, suggest cafe to improve the cleanliness of toilet , it definitely increase the overall experience.

The price was very reasonable and the games available look very interesting. But some games didn't have instructions and missing some pieces which made it a bit inconvienient.

Staff were very helpful and patient in teaching games. They prvoided recommendations based on the genre you like. There was a wide selection to choose from and free flow drinks is a great plus.

Food was ok and selection of games were great. However, the place seemed a bit run down and the games weren't kept in very good condition.

A good hangout place for big group of friends who are looking to gather and have some fun! We had a great experience with lots of laughter and using our thinking cap.

The food was not too expensive. Somewhat annoying that water was charged at 50 cents per glass but overall $2 an hour is a great deal.

Staff was friendly and allowed me in early though my booking was for 8pm (I reached an hour early). Food was reasonable (could have had more sauce for my tom yam pasta!), but free flow drinks was awesome. Friends and I had a chill time of playing and enjoying ourselves. Staff was sweet to play happy birthday song for my friend when the cake came out (they even prepared the candle though I totally forgot abt it).

Service was good, and since we were unfamiliar with most of the games, we were taught how to play the games by the staff, and we had a lot of fun!

The staff are friendly and approachable and environment are considered a bit too noisy especially everyone is enjoying with the game. Toilet room should have 2 to avoid long waiting time. Overall are quite ok.

It was fun althought some of the games weren't in the best condition, my friends amd I enjoyed nevertheless and the staff were friendly and complied to our requests happily as well.

The assistants there were really very helpful. Though, I think they were seriously short of hands, cos there were times when we needed their assistance but they were busy attending to other gamers and there were only two of them around at that point of time. One to serve drinks and food while the others are busy with cashiering and lending assistance to gamers, patiently explaining to gamers on rules of different games played in the cafe.

I booked the reservation quite last minute on the day itself, but they are still able to arrange a table for 8pax! They even make the extra effort to remind us about the reservation despite the crowd in the cafe! Good job!

The service was Good. Staffs are friendly but i feel that they should understand the games well enough for them to teach us since they are working there frequently, I assume.

The selection of games is not bad, and they have quite a few of the old classics and across a wide age range so it was fun for my two nieces (5yo and 2yo). The food however was quite a lot less than desirable and the mustiness of the place seriously needs to be looked at.

The experience was good. Lots of games to choose from to play. Would have been great if the whole place had the sofa seats and not only one small section.

The service was Excellent . There was a friendly waiter who patiently taught us how to play a game. He taught us how to play for two rounds until we got the rules right.

It was a very fun experience. Since there was only 2 of us, we were lost as to what to play. We seemed advise from the game staff and they advised us accordingly and gave us very clear instructions on the game and even checked up on us after a while. Great service and the good food to keep us going too 😊

A cheaper option to have fun in a comfortable and cozy cafe. The objective is not to dine in typical cafes but play games, talk loudly and be yourselves just like being at home. A good place to chill.

The games were all incomplete (we tried out six different ones, including a monopoly game that had half the cards missing) ... even connect four was broken so it wouldn`t stand up. A very disappointing evening... don`t waste your time.
