Staff is very helpful and always explain and advice for new games. Packages with free flow snacks and beverages are a good value. Can be a little noisy. Overall very satisfied

Staffs are friendly. Games are interesting too. However, some staff don’t really explain the game well. The place is rather small. But good for gathering

It was good experience over all although the finger food could have been slightly better. The place is a little understaffed in terms of game assistants.

great environment, not too cramped! the staff there are also very friendly and helpful. they would guide the customers when we are unsure of the game instructions and rules. there's also free flow drinks and snacks, and a whole variety of those to choose from! overall highly recommended :)

Been here since I was 11yo! Never fail to make me laugh and enjoy! But looks like more staffs are needed. Lack of staffs.

Good and fun leisure time spent with kids, although noise level is excessive and unbearable at times. Food and drinks is fast and fuss free. Overall great time spend and will come back again.

staffs are super friendly, a lot of games available to play and can ask the staffs working there to explain to you about the rules of the games and they are always friendly to help

It is a good place for friends to gather while having some snacks and games. Just that games are limited and subject to availability. Some games are hard to understand

Fun experience, my kids enjoyed themselves very much. Staffs were friendly and helpful, one lady staff was so knowledgeable about the games and patiently explained to us each game that we asked. Lots of game to choose from. A bit too noisy as it was Friday night. Not much choice for the dinner set, I would recommend curry chicken & fried rice.

We've received a very good service from one of the Filipino Crew. He is obviously knowledgeable in all aspects as well as how to explain the mechanics of each games properly.

A good place for friends to gather. Full of games and activities. The 2 hour package with freeflow drinks and snacks is a great deal!

Cafe staffs are friendly and helpful. Environment is nice and clean. Only down side is that as can only order our drinks one at a time. But overall was a good experience.

nice place for a discussion and some activities after.. facilities run down but they do have pretty decent game selections. Lunch menu was okay, nothing to rave about, price was competitive though. would recommend if you need a place to chill and interact with friends!

Good for gathering/ talking/ playing or just plain handing out. Nice ambience, friendly staffs who give great game recommendation and explanations on game instructions. Food was slow though and hard to get staff attention for drinks refill (we bought lunch package).

Comfortable place, with many games. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable about many games. Also throw in a pleasant surprise for my friend's birthday with the birthday song and the birthday outfit for him (crown and sash). We had a great time there!

Waiter named Wan service good, nice person, he explain the game detail and understand. I most satisfied the birthday supprise part, he really give us a shock. The second time I go, the waitress like dunno this, somemore ask me to take the cake myself.

Great place to spend time on boardgames and chit chatting with friends. There is a variety of board game that 2 persons can play. The instruction is stick on the box for easy reference.

Our family of 4, with 2 big teenage boys went to the MIND cafe for the first time and all of us enjoyed. The young staff are friendly and helpful. They know the rules and how to play for every board ganes which amazed us. The cafe also has the flexibility to allow us to select a package and decide at a later stafe if we want to upgrade. This is fantastic! Slightly pricy but the free flow drinks and tibits have great varieties to select from. Overall great experience.

Ordered the dinner set. Based on the quality of food served, I do not think it was worth the $21 paid. But cafe has a nice atmosphere. Staff are really helpful and have great knowledge of the various games there. Cafe has a great range of games and even some in-house created games that you will not be able to find outside. Good place to hang out with friends. Will definitely come back

Didn’t know that mind cafe prorated rates were so high. 15 mins for about $12-$14? No one came forward and told us about it only until we went to pay our bills. And that 15mins we didn’t play any games, we were just waiting to use the wash room before leaving the place after an hour of gaming.

We booked a table for 3, the table was not prepared in advance and servers scrambled to get us a table. The table is too small for 3 pax but they say it’s their perk so can’t give us a bigger table. Other patrons who came earlier have bigger table than necessary like a couple in a 4 seater.. obviously they are bad at managing.. the server named Benedict took our order, didn even wait for us to finish our order, just went away. We had to order our drinks from other servers..we ask for chair to put our drinks as the table is really too small to play and have 3 big cups.. ask twice none given, we have to get our own.. another group of 5 came and got a table as small as ours and server named Benedict rudely told them, they just have to find a way to manage the space.. service of this place is getting worst and worst..
