Very good place to have fun with friends. Large variety of board games and card games. Good for team bonding. Food and drinks are a plus.

Pretty pricey, some facils newer and less familiar but overall they were friendly and fast with service so thats a plus point there. Hope the prices can be adjusted

Helpful staff. But can get a bit too noise when the place is fully seated. And also will be good to have more finger food selection.

The staff are knowledgeable bout the rules of games, so it's good to ask them about how to play the unfamiliar games you want in order to have an enjoyable time. TIP: it is not reasonable to expect staff to be at the table to guide gameplay all the time, especially during peak hours. So, if you want to fully enjoy a smooth game when playing unfamiliar games, it's better to google and read the rules online before heading down to Mind Cafe. I have not tried the food yet, so will update in a future trip to Mind Cafe.

Reservations are strongly recommended! Went there with a group of 4 friends and the place was packed, on a Wednesday night. The staff were very helpful and friendly in explaining the games and assisted in all our requests promptly. Had lots of fun and very good bonding activity for friends!

Kind of a bummer that they ran out of nacho chips and matcha latte. There is a group of people who were loud, I sensed that everyone else wasn’t that please with it. The staff should be more sensitive and kindly ask them to lower down their volume.

Great deal, huge collection of games. Food was average but there was free flow of drinks and snacks. Overall, good experience will definitely come back!

It been a enjoyable time for me and my friends. we have a great time playing with the awesome offer of $15 inclusive of meal and 2 hour gaming.unfortunately 1 of our friend could not make it due to work, One of the staff wen Kai was kind enough to allow extend half an hour and allow to choose a side dish as the portion for the main course is very filling. The food was awesome and a wide range of varieties to choose from. The staffs in the cafe is very proactive, every time they pass by our table they would ask if we would like to top up our free flow drink or snack. We also celebrated one of our friend birthday with a last min requests with the awesome cake from the menu and help of the staffs in the cafe. Awesome lively Environment. Keep up the good work !

Great experience at MindsCafe, for students, there was a promotion for unlimited game time from 2 to 11pm with free flow if snacks and drinks :)

A bit squeezy but was understandable afterall the closeness was required to not having to shout across the room while the game is on. Activity with lots of fun and no literal stress required. Great choice for teambonding of all ages.

The space in Mind Cafe is a little packed when full house. But there are plenty of fun and interesting games available at Mind Cafe. Enjoyed a great time afterall.

Reasonably fast service (given how crowded it was) Generally a pleasant experience. They might wanna hire more staff though (so that there's always someone at the counter to facilitate game selection (since alot of the newer games couldn't be taken directly off the shelf)

It was a great cafe. There are lots of different board games to play. My kids love it. We would visit again. Family friendly. Highly recommended.

I've had good experiences at minds cafe before, but this time round it wasnt as expected. I'd booked minds cafe for my department bonding as I am the organiser. I went there hoping for a great experience but was disappointed because there was a wedding held there at the same time. Normally the wedding wouldn't have bothered me but my colleagues were pretty upset because we were not allowed to enter the toilet during the wedding. They had to walk across to the opposite mall for toilet. Also, due to the wedding, we felt that there wasn't much attention towards us and the service wasn't as good. Although the games are fun, I felt that more attention could be given towards us as the customers, as I was the organiser and it didn't reflect well on me for planning the location for company bonding.

Service staff were not attentive because they were too short handed. Please do hire more people so that we can have enough attention of the staff. Otherwise, this is a terrible experience for all of us.

A fun place to go with friends to have a meal and play games. Staff was very attentive and efficient but the place was a little noisy.

The tables are too near each other and not comfortable chairs. Like a canteen style. We had to talk very loud as the group beside us were screaming away. Games had wide selection and well organised.
