A hidden gem. Good food, a comfortable atmosphere and at Raffles Arcade, right in the heart of the city. The lunch set is very good value.

Excellent customer service at Halia. Servers have good knowledge on their menu and provided valuable recommendation on their popular mains course. Paired your meal with sangaria!

Halia has great ambience, good food and attentive service staff! While variety on the menu was decent, hope to see more options on their Express Lunch (which had two options each for starters, mains and dessert). Overall, an enjoyable experience 😊

Nice ambience, extensive menu and service was good as well. Was supposed to arrive at 12.30 but got lost and they called to check on our reservation. Thank you.

Pancakes with bacon butter was simply great! Standards have been maintained over the years. Will come back for the food. Pity it opens at 11am on weekends so more a brunch rather than breakfast place.

Service was excellent, food was great as always and we used the Entertainer app so it was very value for money, spent $75 on 4 pax after the app discount.

Went to Halia for dinner to celebrate our 6th year anniversary! What a treat; the food was so good! We got the halibut and the ribs and both were super tasty. Service was impeccable as well. Will definitely return :)

The service was very good at Halia. All the wait staff were very attentive and pay alot of attention to details. The food was good but felt that the chill crab spaghetti was over hyped. Great experience nonetheless.

We ordered the Halibut Papillote, Barbeque Pork Ribs and Oriental Pulled Duck Soba. The best item.is probably the Halibut. Generally OK food but really nothing to shout about.

Great service but quite a few signature dishes already running out by 7pm. Might be worthwhile to pre order if going during the festive period!

Great ambience, food and service. The items are a little pricey but that's with everything at Raffles Hotel. The lunch set is lovely and worthy.

Awesome music. The steak and eggs, slow cooked pork loin is very impressive. Attentive staff who's very friendly. Suitable place for folks to like a quiet afternoon in town.

Nice and cosy ambiance with relatively good selection of food choices. Ordered the crab meat pasta which was by far one of the best i've ever eaten. Tried the ginger nougat too as well which was very good too as well!

Great service with a nice ambience and reasonably priced food and drinks. Though the presentation and choice of ingredients for the mains could be improved.

Desserts are well made, while the souvide dishes, especially the seafood and poultry ones are excellent. Well recommended for get-together. Kudos to attentive and friendly service too!

Excellent food, but rather slow service. Poor service standards were acknowledged by the restaurant staff with certain items being 'on the house' and removed from our final bill. Would probably visit again but not high on my list of favourite restaurants in Singapore.

I have been fortunate to dine at this restaurant many times and each time it is a pure joy. The food is sublime and so are the staff. The settings are also delightful and I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone visiting, or living, in Singapore.

Let down in service aspect - disjointed, waited long time for first drink. Drinks appeared at same time as entree. Difficult to flag staff for additional order. Food pleasant but not amazing. Enjoyed evening but very lacking in "special"

Honestly I am very disappointed with The Halia at Raffles. The food is good (and quite higly priced also) but the restaurant and the atmosphere doesn't match a fine dining place at all. The place is a very casual bistro and the music is just the radio!!!! you expect something else than listening to commercials when you pay 80$+ for a main course. The service is quite slow (they were 4 waiters.... and only 4 tables occupied). I will not go back for sure!

Prompt service. Food served was delicious yet different. Had white vegetables soup with bread selection for appetisers which were all wonderful. Mains ordered were Wagyu rump and paprika roasted chicken and both simply divine and reasonably priced. Wine at $12 per glass. Recommended

Great ambience in a historical context. Food was excellent - the service was also great, but rushing it. We were served our mains before we had finished our starters. It can give the impression that turn around tables is more important than giving full attention to the current diners. Next time I will ask the staff not to rush - because yes, there will deficiently be a second visit. Hoping for a perfect experience then! Truth be told this was also a perfect experience at The Raffles Hotel, thanks to the live band at The Long Bar. Amazing!!

Service was very good! Food wise, mediocre. The chilli crab spaghettini was not that fantastic. What stood out most was the potato fries with truffle dip and the sticky toffee pudding. I will go back just for these two. :)

Food was great for sharing - we ordered the salmon pate with crostini, chilli crab spaghettini, javanese grilled rump, and corned beef hash. The cardamon/cinnamon coffee (iced) was an acquired taste that I did not particularly enjoy but my friend enjoyed his hot version.

The dry aged irish ribeye is pretty good. Will try the wagyu tenderloin and the signature series next time. The lamb rump is very tender but a tad sweet.
