Quality and cooking of the 2 steaks is not a WOW.

The food and ambience were good but we had to wait quite a while for the food to arrive.. I think the food may have been waiting to be served as I noticed a shortage of staff. The food was not piping not when we got it.

The food is good. The staff is friendly. However, the service was slow due to the crowd.

Had a booking for 6 that became 8 that became 9 - the staff were very accomodating. We ordered a Prime Rib Royale for three of us, it was actually good enough for 4 pax! Done medium as ordered, they also very kindly let me bag the bone. Although not all employees were 100% familiar with the menu, we appreciated the courtesy and prompt response when questions were asked.

Didn’t get a good meal that day...the food was average.

As usual the service and food was very nice. We normally request for window seating but this time we didn’t put request and ended up sandwiched in the middle of two group tables which was bit hassle when people stand up to go for salad bar...better to send request if you want quiet seating.
