Service staff are helpful and friendly but too few in ratio to the number of tables served .. it takes a while to be able to get their attention

Lobster promo not that fantastic though food is tasty. Ordered a whole lobster but the 2 halves don’t seem to be from the same lobster. 1 piece has blackened shell. I sat on a chair with cracked leather. Noticed a few such chairs around. When service staff cleared my plate after I finished my meal, they should be more attentive and not leave the cut chilli sauce plate on the table. Had given above feedback to the service staff.

We ordered set meals that come with free flow salad. Salad bar was good but main was disappointing esp my beef stew which were cooked with low quality beef brisket n was hard n chewy ! Considering the cost it was a total waste as I did not even eat half of it !! The duck we ordered was just okay, not great !

The food - April’s promotional items - was excellent. The lobster hor fun had amazing “wok hei”. It’s so good - the Bistro should list the item permanently on their menu. Service was also good.
