Table for 4 was at the corner like a corridor so I was a little apprehensive. However the staff were always around when needed and it provided a pleasant night view and at the same time some privacy.

I had a wonderful business lunch. The food was delicious and the service impeccable. May took good care of my needs. I was able to do a sit down lunch in 30 minutes and recommend the pasta carbonara.

Subject: Worst food experience Probably the worst food experience as a member by far. Brought my wife and her family to NUSS Suntec Bistro on Friday, 13 September to celebrate my wife’s birthday and her parents anniversary. First of all, I would like to note that I and my wife are regular diners at the Suntec Bistro. Most of the time food quality and service standards are not perfect but of acceptable level. However on this last visit, the food quality was horrible. I had pre-ordered a prime rib set along with the sides and desserts. During order taking, I informed the waitress that I would like my prime rib to be done medium rare. To my disappointment, the expensive piece of meat was over cooked to well done around the sides and a medium doneness inside. Aside to overcooking the meat, all the other food that we had including the side dishes from the prime rib set and another ribeye set was mediocre.

The ambience was good as was the food. More attentive service would have made it better

Although the restaurant was full, the wait staff were prompt and attentive. More attention could be paid to replenishing the salad buffet though.
