Friendly staff and efficient service but food was not great. Dipping sauces are too diluted, Taste of soup base can be further improved. Ambience is OK.

aircon ventilation not ventilated. food quality is awesome. due to air con it is pretty warm. cleaniness avgerage. hw ever what you pay is what you get

Service is fine. However they should look into the air conditioning of the air con. It seems like the back area of the restaurant has no aircon at all. We were all complaining about it before eating, of cos not to mentioned how we felt thru while eating the steamboat. Not too sure if thats e message across to the patrons to get our ass out after eating.

Great for meat eaters, free flow of pork, chicken and beef. Queue was short even on a weekend. Service was decent but they seemed a little short handed.

Great selection of food, wonderful and timely service. I enjoyed the swift allocation of table and delectable ice cream to end the experience. Great start to the weekend!

Didn't know there is time limit for the buffet.got chased out after time expired. So turned off. Worth the price? 63 for 2 pax within 1.5hr.

My family sat second last row from back of the shop. Bad ventilation, very stuffy and hot, though a fan was spinning. Thus not a good environment for hot pot.

They should install more air coolers as the place becomes super hot when the hotpot is on. Food range should have more. Very nice staff there.

Not too bad for a first visit except that staff are no where to be seen when needed their service. Hope they can be more pro-active.

first time come to Kallang wave mall to eat, food is fine, it is very fresh, service is fine. The food is not much variety. but it worth every penny.

Steamboat place at a budget! Free flow chicken, beef and pork meat is the main highlight of the buffet. Other than that, it's the usual lettuce and mushrooms that goes into the soup. The noodles is particularly good too.

The food is decent. And the staff will subtly inform you the time limit is up by presenting you with the bill. Overall experience is good in terms of service and food.

Food and pricing is good. However the air circulation is quite bad at the end of the restaurant. I would go back for the buffet again.

Quite a difference from my very first visit. The variety n quality of food isn't that great. There isn't any cooked food at the buffet table anymore. I am unlikely to return. I feel Shabu Sai has better offer for about the same price.

They had my table ready per my reservation. Food is fresh. I like it that the meats come prepared in individual boxes. More hygienic this way. The restaurant at Kallang Wave Mall is pleasant and comfortable. Very conducive for a group meal. Value for money especially with the One-for-one offer.

We were there for 5 Pax but the dining area was quite cramped and it was quite hot but quality of food is still acceptable.

Soup base was nice and the raw food were promptly top up. However, due to the lack of service crews, the meats were served late. As such, I suggest to order meats in bulk if you're extremely hungry! Or, visit the fridge to take the meats (we did). Overall, was a good experience! Personally, preferred Suki-Ya over those steamboats in bugis area! Oh yes, Suki-Ya ought to ensure sufficient supply of ice-cream during buffet period since it ran out of stock pretty early! A gimmick to save cost? Decide for yourself if it's worth going!

Service was prompt and food was good as expected. However, the air-conditioning/air-circulation isn't functioning well. It was very stuffy the entire time (cause everyone is cooking) and was quite uncomfortable. I would suggest sitting closer to the entrance of the unit so it's more comfortable. This ruined the experience a little for my family and I.

Service was good, except with one Chinese cashier who was not friendly. Food was not excellent, there was strand of hair found in the green vegetable. Air-conditioning can be better, it was warm, not comfortable.

Overall ambiance is nice as it's a weekday so not so much crowd. The all-you-can-eat buffet is value for money especially when you just need to add $5.90 to enjoy wagyu beef. Great place for small gathering.

1) They called to confirm my reservation which is good. The only bad thing is they informed me they can only hold my reservation for 5 minutes. Lucky for me, we were at the restaurant early. 2) Airconditioning not strong enough. Perspiring halfway while having my meal. Find it difficult to continue my meal cause feeling very warm. 3) Sesame sauce not available. How can it be?!?! Peanut sauce also very watery. Like soup. How to be a sauce. And it had been mixed with the chili sauce placed next to it, so it is now spicy.

Was really crowded and hot. If it was cooler, it would be better.

Food is of reasonable quality. Some vegetables were a little dirty, but you're going to have to cook it anyway. You have to bring the bowls and plates from your table to take the food from the counter. Plates and bowls on your table are wet. Not enough tongs at the counter to take the food. 2 tongs for the whole stretch. Service is great. Staff are polite and will get you what you request for promptly. It's just very busy. Hard to find staff sometimes as they're busy running up and down to replenish items running out.

Service abit slow. Slow in top up food and serve the customer.Better to have more manpower during the weekend, seems like understaff. And staffs need to knw the updated promotion such as SAFRA card promo. They are unsure and need us to show them the link.

Sufficient seats to host company team lunch for 30 pax. Friendly staffs, a variety of food choices but prefer to have more desert options for lunch.

General Service was prompt & good. Possibly can increase items variety as for the current variety offered, pricing wise is considered slightly steep for dining purposes.

It was good, I liked having free flow of meat but some things in the buffet started running and was not restocked, like cheese tofu and green tea ice cream. Would prefer if the chicken was not served so much on one plate as at the start, ordering 3 of each made us think the three would be equal amounts but in fact the chicken was a lot of more and we had trouble finishing it

Not bad, the service was decently fast, food quality and cleanliness was good. Only down side is that they might be a little short handed, seeing how their staff got to help out with the other eatery too.

Service was excellent and food was good. Kids enjoyed the ice cream which was available for dinner. Definately need to do a reservation during peak hours and glad I done that through Quandoi.

Had an enjoyable time there because of how the staff have served us. They have served us with smiles and service of excellent. The staff have made my time there enjoyable by their initiatives by asking us about our needs. I will definitely return back to Kallang Wave Mall's Suki Ya outlet for the food and their service.

Cozy environment & the food is good & taste nice & staff friendly

Choice of ingredients was very limited and the vegetables were not fresh. Staff served customer in a satisfactory period but could do it with more enthusiasm.

The variety is abit little compared to other branch. Wrong label for udon. Overall we enjoyed the dinner at Suki Ya at Kallang Wave mall. Would be perfect if provide fruits.

Absolutely horrible service. We made a reservation for 1.30pm for a party of 3. As I was arriving late, I got my friends to get seated first, however, he was informed by the manager that there was no such reservation. Later on when I arrived, I told one of the waiters that I had made a reservation, and was seated immediately without question. The lack of communication between members of the staff is absolutely appalling. Furthermore, the staff member who told my friend that there was no such reservation was the manager. Nonetheless, my friends and I proceeded to get seated, whereupon we tried to order beef, chicken and pork, but were informed that we had to wait 10 minutes for the Beef and Pork. We had no issue with waiting, but even after 15 minutes, neither had arrived. We had to ask the staff a second time to be served, and from the staff's reaction, it was obvious that the beef and pork had already been ready for quite some time. I don't believe that the restaurant was understaffed, after all, it was only half full and there were some 4 waiters and/or waitresses. Our bad experience did not end there. When I purchased the Groupon vouchers, it was mentioned that there would be a free flow of drinks and dessert along with the main food items. However, the ice cream freezer was locked and it was labelled that ice cream was only for the dinner service. This was not pointed out in the terms and conditions of the Groupon voucher. The ice also ran out nearing the end of the lunch service, and it took the staff a full 30 minutes to refill it. Later on, when we tried to use the Groupon voucher, we were instructed by the waiter that we had to wait for the manager. It took 5 minutes before the manager appeared, reeking of cigarette smoke. The payment process was one of the longest I have experienced, and it took the manager a full 10 minutes to scan my 2 Groupon vouchers. After which, when I asked for a receipt, she only gave me a receipt for half the bill, and I had to ask again for the receipt of the full bill. All in all, I am extremely disappointed by the irresponsible and extremely rude manager. It surprises me that someone so curt would have been promoted to the position of manager instead of all the other way more courteous and helpful staff. The service was also extremely slow and inefficient for the prices they charge.

My reservation was not recorded in Sukiya's record but inspite of that the Lady fit us in as we were rushing to Madonna's concert and we werent going to take no for an answer. Service was efficient.

Ok service and food. Will go there again and again. Drinks variety not much though. Meat frozen so maybe can have option to pay aka carte for fresh ones

Reasonable food quality. Wide veg bar. Saucing selection is good. Lack of service staff caused some delay in bringing meat orders. Aircon is not cold enough.

Nobody welcomed me from the entrance. Had to walk in, mentioned that I made a reservation but I supposed the Manager, Apple didn't really care. Got her staff to bring me to the table and her face was really angst all the time. I guess her employees have better attitude than her. As for food wise, the pork wasn't thawed thus have the very bad pork smell.

Food was quite fresh and service was relatively prompt although not very friendly. Overall good value for money with the 1-for-1 promo. Will not hesitate to recommend.

The staffs were friendly and responsive to our needs and request. More tongs can be provided to shorten the queue to the various dishes. Overall experience was good.

1 for 1 promotion was worth it! No regrets :) accessible buffet price, was very filling. Beef and pork were our favorites. Do try the Buta soup base :)

The one for one offer is value for money, except the air-con is not strong enough for steamboat. The place was not very crowded, and restaurant did not verify my online booking.
