Waited for quite a while for the sashimi & some other orders....could be due to shortage of staff or overwhelming response for their 1 for 1 lunch. But food is still good and sashimi is fresh.

Definitely the best Japanese buffet deal in town with the 1 for 1 offer with UOB.please have more credit card collaborations with Citibank or ANZ. 50% would be even better !if not, usually 3 man group will just go for kiseki

Good and fast service. They improve their service 2x with the addition of the tablets. Food was still the same but it taste as good as before. All was good.

Service staff overwhelmed most of the time. The online ordering system could not cope with the amount of orders coming from all tables. Food is good though.

Overall food is good. Staffs & service is good too. Bad experience is thete is a blackout n it took a very long time to recover. This slow down the service as orders has to be taken manually. Within a short span - blackout happen again but this time recovery is faster. Then its already cut off time.

Most of the food was pretty good. Service was okay. Environment was pleasant and clean if a little dark. Only wish the food came a little faster though.

The food is good :) It is my first time there and the Staff are busy serving customers. So I have tried to use their iPad to submit their order without bothering the Staff. It takes me a while to successfully submit my order to the kitchen. Maybe the Staff can teach customer how to use it.

Buffet was great but the clearing of plates was slow and servers are not that attentive. But the food quality was good. Charges apply for drinks. They don't come FOC.

The food is good in general. Sashimis and sushis are fresh, tempuras are fried nicely. Yakitori sauces may be a tad too salty. Skip the mentaiko spaghetti though, big portion, lacking in Cod roe flavours. If you are looking for something filling, go for the beef stir fry and a bowl of flavoured rice to share. Beef was tender and so tasty! Great selection of the menu, great service! Book your seats in advance if you dont want to be waiting outside the restaurant watching people feast upon plates and plates of freshly cut sashimi!

Food deliver fast and staff is very helpful. The food quality meet the expectation. It would be good if there is some dessert items in the buffet menu.

Food was pretty decent and the service was quite do fast. It was a little crowded when we were there due to the 1-for-1 lunch promo but still acceptable in terms of service.

Great food, good varities, the fresh sashimi is most recommended, reasonable service. But weird seating configuration, the partitions made you felt like you are in a library study room.

Value for money for the amount we paid. Friendly staff. Nice Food. Fast service. Nice ambience. Would go there again. Using tablet to order. We made a big mistake, made the orders but saw all the guest that came after us got their food first. Only did I realized that I didn't click the "send orders" Should explain this to us since this was our first time.

Big variety of food, very worth it, esp with one for one deal! Location is a little out of the way, nearest MRT is Clarke Quay.

UOB 1 for 1 is not truly 1 for 1....how can 1 table only sit 2 people ? It is indeed a flawed marketing technique. ..when it was clearly written that 1 card is for 1 table

Service is quite good, staff was attentive and helpful. Price was reasonable considering the amount of Hamachi we ate :p The bean sprouts were soggy and overcooked though. My only bugbear.

Good selection of food (with the expected array of sashimi, sushi, fried selections, noodles, rice and others), fast service. Slightly unfortunate that the buffet price doesn't include tea or soft drinks though. Pretty good experience overall. :)

Nice ambiance. Friendly staff. Food was overall not too bad and was served rather fast. Left without knowing of the complimentary dessert and was informed when making payment; ushered back to our table for the dessert thereafter, which was very nice of them.

Came for lunch on a Tuesday, service was incredibly slow. Food came like every 10 minutes? And we took like only a minute or two to eat our sushi or whatever it is we ordered so we just had to wait. And wait. And wait. And the waiter spilled hot green tea on my friend. Thank God it wasn't scalding hot water. For the price I don't think this place is worth it at all. If the food was excellent maybe, but sadly it was just mediocre. Not a single dish I found surprising. Maybe the grilled skewers were tasty, but the sushi and sashimi were so-so. Hope they see this and decide to better their service next time!

Value for money buffet with fresh food. Easy to order thru tablet. Cosy ambience. Thing to note is need to pay for water ($0.50) or green tea ($1.50). Good may come slower when restaurant gets filled up.

Their sashimi was pretty fresh, and their grilled items are nicely seasoned. Service was prompt. Not the greatest variety or quality, but overall quite worth the price paid for the lunch a la carte buffet.

We had the buffet dinner for 6 to celebrate my dad's birthday. The variety of food was quite adequate. The sashimi was fresh and came in thick slices. The tako sashimi is a little different from other places as they use baby octopus rather than slices of octopus tentacles. I prefer the latter as there is a nice chewy texture and allows you to taste the octopus more compared to using the baby octopus. The place was crowded so service was a little slow especially as we were seated behind a divider, separated from the main dining area. It was quite difficult to get the attention of the staff from there but once we managed to, they attended to our requests quite quickly. The ipad ordering system did lose our tempura order though but other than that, an enjoyable meal.

Extremely poor service. One of the manager (I assumed she was because she was wearing full black which is different from the rest) has the poorest attitude. She made us feel like we are not 'worthy' to eat there and thats the worst a customer should be treated. The food was served very slowly and gave us the wrong orders. E.g. they served the food that we didnt order and didnt serve what we ordered so we have to re-order again. Not going back there ever again.

I went there about 12 in the afternoon for their afternoon buffet. It has a really good atmosphere and there werent many customers seeing that its a monday too.but the waiter at the counter didnt really show much enthusiasm and was using his hp but maybe because business was slow ?not sure and i needed to call him out to get my table but other than that, service was quick !

I like how all the tables are equipped with a tablet for ordering. This greatly improved my Japanese buffet dining experience as unlike at other buffet places, I didn't have to expend effort to get the staff's attention to order food.

Service was average. Buffet selection were boring and the food were decent quality.  One disappointing part is - for this price of $39++ on a X'mas day lunch, they can't even include green tea in it. We still have to pay extra for the tea. Most Japanese buffet include at least green tea.
