Got a pleasant enough time dining there with my friend. The music was a bit too loud though. Other than this, everything was fine and dandy.

Comes here pretty often, avg about twice a month. Food standard is still pretty much the same. Quite a fair bit of new staffs as the current ones have been transferred to new outlet, thus service drops. Otherwise, all good.

Order the 五花肉 and marinated pork. Very worth it as its 50% off. 酸菜汤 is tad Spicy and healthier! Their lunch set starts from $9.90, fresh and good portions. 👍🏻

Delicious meats and hearty portions! The twin soup options offer variety in terms of taste, and the signature chicken was firm and tasty, with an addictive marinade.

Portion seems to be less than previously, nonetheless, it is still value for money for a simple meal....quite crowded during lunch.. have to wait even with reservation...

Good soup base, great concept, value for money. Very similar to the kind of express hotpot restaurants you find in Taiwan. Staff were nice and helpful. Seats were abit uncomfortable so it's not a good place to chill for Long, but perfect for a quick lunch / dinner

The soup bases were good. I tried mala and fish meat soup. Portions were just right too. I got the groupon deal at $19.80 for two pax with chicken, pork and veggies. Drinks and noodles/rice were included too. Prices were reasonable. Will visit the place again!

The tomato soup power ! The beef is amazing. The staff and team are all well trained in their service and create a pleasant experience for dining.

First time trying Shi Li fang. Slow service and waitresses were not very friendly:( the food was alright... Might not visit the second time. Sorry

The food was great and affordable! Me and my friends totally enjoyed our time there. You could even get a free soft toy if you spend above $60

The place cld b very crowded during dinner time even on a weekday!!! Best to make reservation so that they can secure a table for you :P

Service was polite and personable but as place was crowded (and understandably so, since food is good and reasonably priced), service was a little hard to get. Will go back again definitely, but maybe during off-peak hours.

It used to be better., serving was bigger previously.. The tomato soup is good but the mala soup is pretty blend this time round,,,not too sure if they changed the recipe to suit local taste....

We had a pleasant meal there. The staff was friendly. The set meal was value for money. We enjoyed our meal there. We will definitely be back again. :)

The first time I did not try the set. Guess the price is slightly more expensive even with the 50% discount. Service still as good. Standards of soupbase is consistent.

Overall the experience was good but the waiters and waitresses were rather slow when asked to refill more soup. It would be good if they have buffet bundle deal.

promotion is for groupon, term n condition unclear. the food stated in the groupon is not same. the manager was nice to explain and give some compensation... overall food was great

though I made a online booking they didn't have my booking when I arrived. there were 3 of us but they only gave us a table meant for 2 person. We had steamboat so you can imagine how tight the place was for us. The next table had 4 seats but there was only 2 person and when they left we asked if we could move to that table they refused. Though the food was ok, we were very disappointed at their attitude.

Good atmosphere and service, food was just enough and soup base taste awesome, will definitely come back and try out other variety of soup base and sauces.

Made booking online does not guarantee your booking. You have to call to restaurant to make another booking after you had make the online booking. Or else your booking will be invalid because restaurant mention that they not able to retrieve online booking. Overall the food tonight are pleasant, have a good dinner with family members who visit there for the very first time, they are very satisfy with the food, however the service still need to be improve. Because one of the waitress accidentally pour the soup on my mother feet and luckily the soup is not hot!

Not bad. No frills restaurant that's budget. Love the soup bases but don't expect much for the price. Meat seems frozen, but that's expected. Will come back for the price. Service was great but atmosphere was a bit noisy.

Am a big fan of hotpots. The food is good, value for money. Loved that there are no extra fees for drinks or sauces (unlike other popular hot pot chains). Both set meals and ala carte options are very reasonably priced. Love the tomato soup, it's my favourite. Service is very efficient and friendly, without being intrusive at all.

My 2nd time booking with Quandoo! Great service at the restaurant. Ask for set meal, I had set meal for 4 pax at $65++. Very worth it!

Even with reservation might need to wait awhile for them to set the tables. Go food and great service. Order the pork set for sharing!

The 9.9 promo is until 4pm only but not mentioned on the flyer. Chair is squeaky, pot is too far away. Food doesn't seem very fresh.

The service staff at Orchard Central is pleasant, smiley and polite. Food is reasonably priced and also the soup base for the steamboat is unique.

Food was average. Service was also average. Chicken Soup was good. Not a very good place to bring toddlers below age of 5 as they are really cramped.

The soups bases were pretty tasty, food is fresh, and service staff was helpful. Only downside is that meat portions are a bit small even though it was on half price. Every $38 spent accumulates you 1 stamp, which you can redeem on stuff toy plushies the restaurant has. The overall experience was pleasant and I will visit again.

Made reservations, but still had to wait for table. Saw another group with similar problem. After some pressure from customer, seat was available. Food was quite good, but service is a be slow. Had promo on-going so was quite cheap. Will come back.

The service of staff here is very fast and friendly. Portion of food served is decent and love the chicken soup served as the soup base.

Was there at 8 pm Friday night totally full waited one hour but it's worth the wait just went to shop around first. Foods are cheap and really value for money. Will definitely visit again.
