Dim sum was really good quality, service was hit and miss though

Absolutely love Shang palace. Taste comparable to other Michelin like summer pavilion , but it is indeed more pricey at Shang.

Some of the dishes were better than others - prices on the higher side but expected as it’s a hotel.

Servers were not very focused - maybe too busy. They were also not very sure of their own system. Food was not bad though, but not worth the price. Will definitely go back again if there is an occasion.

Food is normal, limited Dim Sum varieties. Have to standup to pour tea for my wife and myself! Lack Dim Sum atmosphere though present. Spacious seating

The dim sum is really special. Squid is a must try. Slightly more expensive than usual restaurants but well worth the premium.

Service was a little slow because they were very busy but overall it was a good experience! Staff was very accommodating to tailor the CNY menu to fit our budget.
