3rd time visiting and food is still excellent. Service is good and food arrived quite quickly.

Tried the special sushi rolls there - the fish was quite fresh but the rolls were very disappointing. The “spicy tuna” one was simply a miserable morsel of tuna wrapped in rice and seaweed, with a strange dipping sauce to go with it. Their signature aburi salmon roll was drenched in mayonnaise, and the filling was just tempura crumbs. I would expect to get these rolls in a supermarket, not a restaurant for more than $20 each!

Wide range on the menu, especially when 1 diner is allergic to seafood. Good service and an excellent setting for a final night in the city.

Food was impeccable - the appetiser of hotate with truffle sauce is totally recommended! The scallops were so sweet and fresh. Service was friendly and unobtrusive too - it felt like we were welcome to stay for as long as we wanted even after finishing our meal. A totally enjoyable experience!

its a casual jap restaurant with a great view. pretty good quality food. we were a group of 3 and hence ordered a good variety. sashimi and tempura was fresh and great tasting. the wagyu beef is to die for, must order though it was pricey at $99. staff is pretty busy but kept their composure well. will return again!

Service level requires much improvement. Staff are either too busy or lost as to what to do. Restaurant was not even half full when we were there. Training for new staff needs to be strengthened

Nice view, good food, reasonable price (very reasonable with AMEX discount). The sashimi platter is fresh and has high quality pieces (uni, chu toro etc).

Great taste, beautiful view. Drinks list is extensive and food menu is innovative. It is a little pricey but worth the $$$ paid. Will definitely visit again

The food is fresh and delicious but it is not matched by its service. The restaurant is also too noisy to enjoy its delicate cuisine.

Nice Japanese Fusion dishes and good ambiance. The only thing is that the food is a bit cold already after they were served. Maybe because the air con was too cold.

Food taste good and nice view. Staff attentive and courteous. Portion a little small though and price a little high. But can try at least once.

It was so good, since basically there was no one there so it felt the whole resto is for us. So, Keep it up, the service was fast, since it was just us

Great experience! We are really impressed with no-carbs sushi roll. Staff was warm and attentive. One downside is the paper coaster. For a fancy restaurant, I did not expect a 'Tiger Beer' paper coaster. One can invest in 50 nice coaster which does not cost much. My overall experience was good.

Nice ambience, average taste. Uni sushi was served badly wrapped and toppled over. Unacceptable for such a restaurant category. Inefficient service despite having at least 4 service staff to under 5 tables to wait on. We had to ask twice for a refill on our hot ocha only for them to realise that their pot was empty and had to be refilled. I don't suppose anyone would expect Sen of Japan to be value-for-money. However, I feel that it's an overpriced experience.

Sen of Japan offered excellent service and food. The sushi and appetisers were all very well prepared and presented, as we're the main courses. Would definitely recommend.

Took alot of effort to walk around to find the resturant. It's outside and ambience relatively too cramp. Food is just mid average and come in small portions. Thus considered costly!

Service was good and prompt. The food quality is good but not exceptional. The ambience is average for a restaurant in Marina Bay Sands . Overall, its value for money for the set lunch.

They have recently updated their menu but excellent food as always. Their sashimi is one of the freshest I've had in Singapore and the staff there are super friendly!

Great food, great ambience and great service. Only complaint maybe we are given the table right in front of entry to kitchen. We would expect to get a good table given we made reservation ahead and also there was not much crowd.

This was the second time I was here and the food has been consistently high. The service staff was very helpful. The restaurant was the perfect setting for a romantic night. Cheers

Mostly great value for money but this time I felt that the sashimi plate was over-priced. Also, I wish they would stop bringing all the meals at once instead of staggering them.

Wonderful food and lovely atmosphere. The wagyu beef is absolutely fantastic. The oysters, sushi and sashimi are super fresh. Service can be inattentive at times but it is not a big deal. 10/10 would recommend this restaurant.

Expectations were high knowing that Sen Of Japan's chef Hiromi used to helm our favourite restaurant Nobu. We certainly weren't disappointed with the food. Although being a degustation/omakase the courses could have been served slowly rather than at lightening speed, forcing us to eat fast so we couldn't savour the experience.

Sen of Japan offers a modern take on Japanese food. We ordered a couple of starters, a couple of rolls, some yakitori and some tempura. No disappointments, but nothing stood out really. Pretty average. Expected more from a "former Nobu chef".

Service is prompt and food is of higher quality than Sakae Sushi and Ichiban. Snapper sashimi and cold noodles are our favourites. The various makis are good too. The restaurant comes with a good view of the city.

Food was not bad, however we were disappointed by the service as we kindly requested for the birthday cake (which we bought from outside) to be kept in the fridge, since we were not able to have the cake in their restaurant (if so, there will be a surcharge of $20 if consumed). The waiter staff agreed but we were shocked to see how our cake melted when we left the restaurant and found out that they did not keep in the fridge at all. Another disappointing incident was that we took a Long time to order (as we were waiting for our Friend who would be late), but they seem rather impatient and slightly pressing us to order..

The food is quite fresh but the service is not as good as I would have expected. 3 of us were there and there were only 3 seats, thus no space for us to place our shopping bags. We had to place our bags on the table. The staff did nothing to assist us. I was served an undercooked prawn. Instead of replacing another new prawn, the chef cooked the prawn that I had taken a bite of and served me the same prawn. I was so disappointed with the service and it would be unlikely for me to dine there in future.
