Atmosphere of restaurant feels like a higher end fast food joint. The tofu soup is great!! Will definitely go back many times! Like the side dishes too!
the fish as part of the condiments taste so good!
Galbi and the small fish are good. Tofu soup are acceptable. Overall similar to LA Tofu House. Place is clean and bright. Easy to book by internet. Similar to a fast food joint. Prices are about $35 per person.
portions are big and fresh for the amount paid. i ate the baby octopus and tofu stew combo. the tofu stew was amazing and full of ingredients. highly recommended.
the service was great and they were very accommodating to our needs/requests (especially since we had a cake) for our friend's birthday celebration, thank you!
The ambience is very nice and place is clean. Food are served piping hot and fresh. The service staffs are helpful and even reminded us to take our kids’ water bottles.
very nice tofu soup. worth the value, all return again
Nicely bbq Unagi paired with smooth & yummy tofu soup of your choice. My friends & I loved it. Always look forward to coming back here.
Food was served promptly. Restaurant was clean and spacious! Soontofu was delicious and the BBQ spicy chicken is a must-try! Best for meeting with group of friends and for family gatherings. Couples are welcomed too!
Price on the steeper side. Food was average. Atmosphere of the restaurant was good. Can go there and try once for authentic korean tofu stew.
4-5 times been to sbcd. Love their Soontofu soup. The new Unagi menu is my favourite and hope it will added to the menu permanently.
Attentive service. Food was generally good, we had the seafood tofu stew and bbq chicken. Chicken was tender and nicely done. Loved the tofu in the stew, soft and melts in your mouth.
The good: Spacious restaurant, soft tofu the fish side dish, hot stone rice, hot tea The bad: half hearted service, soup was not very flavourful, slightly pricier Overall: ok for a try, no wow factor to bring me back
food was good as usual but service is slow and the wait staff seemed to avoid any eye contact if possible. difficult to get their attention if u don't catch them when they serve your food.
Nice place, clean and bright. I like the kitchen open concept. Lunch was a good deal, although still more expensive that I would have liked.
Return customer. Like the place, food is good although it hurts the wallet quite a fair bit. It will be nice if they do promo for dinner as well.
The food and especially the tofu soup and seafood pancake is nice, however not many choices to choose from. Price is reasonable and service is good.
Nice food, though a tad pricey, good service. Loved the set up of the place, felt very korean. Favourite of the meal was the seafood pancake.
just love the sundubu soup and other dishes here! Definitely worth the money and will visit again. there's 2nd outlet at Tanjong Pagar centre. p
Best spicy tofu soup in Singapore. And the side dishes are good too with unlimited refills. I would recommend this to anyone who loves spicy tofu soup.
Great food was served and the environment was clean. The service could have been faster but we understand fewer staff were around in CNY eve. The dinning experience was positive overall.
Location is good. Easy to find. But, would be better if the place is ventilated and cooler. Our first visit here and glad that the food was great.
pretty good Korean restaurant. Portion is quite big. Variety of appetizer can be improved.
Really good spicy soondubu (spicy tofu stew). Fantastic sides as well! The non-spicy stew and prawn cake is a bit subpar but otherwise, giving out Yakult at the end of the meal is a good touch!
Excellent services from the staff at SBCD korean toufu house. They are friendly and very accommodating to our group with young children. Food portion is huge too.
Food is great and price is reasonable! Yellow croaker fish is a must eat. Free vitagen at the end of the meal is truly refreshing.
The food was delicious! The seafood pancake was crispy outside and not oily at all! The seafood toufu soup was hot and so comforting after a rain! The tofu literally melts in the mouth and it doesnt have that strong bean aftertaste. The hot plate bulgogi was juicy and tender. I've not been so impressed with my meals for a long time! Thank you SBCDfor serving such an excellent meal!
Great food - love the smooth tofu and the grilled dishes. Also had the prawn tofu fish cake which was delicious. Will definitely come back again
First time i’ve been to this outlet but I’ve visited tanjong pagar outlet twice before. Food is still great and u get free Korea version of Yakult when u pay at counter. ;)
The place is actually quite decent and the food are pretty value for money
It was our first visit here. The food was good and server was friendly as well. Love that we could customise the spiciness level for our food.
The store is crowded and ambience is good! Great food quality and portion is good too! Will come again to patronage them. By the way. They need more staffs with the high volume of customers!
service was good. The staff was attentive. He took initiative to check if we need to refill side dishes or drink. Food taste were mixed. some hit some misses. Short ribs was good. beef patty was good.
They show us the table immediately when we reach the place. Food was great! My friends love the spicy grill chicken and rib eye hot plate!
Good food and good service. The food portions are definitely more than enough. Love the “Yakult” available after the meal. Will definitely come here again in the future.
Food was decent but nothing spectacular - unagi hot plate was too oily/fatty, spicy baby octopus was overcooked, original soontofu soup was the saving grace, lovely tofu texture. Banchan, other than a poorly fried yellow croaker fish which was generous by SG korean restaurant standards, were miserable. Most of all though, service was appalling. Easygoing staff! You can just walk in and find your seat yourself, because nobody will serve you. We were standing at the entrance for ages before we decided to walk in ourselves Large and spacious seating arrangements! Took forever for staff to come take our orders. Even when the restaurant was more than half empty during dinnertime. Most of the other half was filled with a tour group - alarm bells! Staff also got our orders wrong, twice - once during ordering, I had to correct her when she was repeating the order, yet when the food arrived, the order was still wrong. Took us forever to get a staff member's attention to explain the mistake, and when the staff who took our orders came to double check the order, she muttered an audible 'SHIT' under her breath and walked away. No apologies, no apologetic eye contact. Nothing. Not coming back - not worth it for the price and aggravating service. And a note: this is apparently not affiliated with the famed american bcd tofu house chain?
Very spacious restaurant. Tofu is smooth and soft. Could have more soup though. Unagi is good. Would have preferred more side dishes. Would visit again when in the area.
Good food but slightly pricey, hard to get attention of servers and the restaurant was really hot inside. Definitely a must try for the food, especially korean food lovers.
Great place. Nice food. Korean a Seafood Pancake is a must! But it’s a shame, not a very good place for people who don’t really fancy spicy food.
Excellent service from the staffs.. price wise is considered reasonable based on the food portion.. free replenish of the 4 side dishes.. good ambience for the Millenia Walk outlet
The food is tasty and portion is just nice. Spread is wide. However, price is on the steep side and not competitive with other Korean restaurants.
Great food and nice service ... will definitely be back again! Went with a group of friends and were all satisfied with quality of food.
A nice and flavorful bowl of tofu soup with a lots of smooth and silky tofu! The seafood pancake was a bomb being totally crispy and the dipping sauce was appetizing! The side dishes were well done albeit no many choices.
The food was good and service was good. Restaurant was spacious and had good ambience.
My overall experience at SBCD restaurant was good. We had a special request order, no sesame oil in the sesame soontubu for our kid due to she is down with a mild fever so no oily stuff preferred. The waitress patiently went to check with the chef and even bring a bowl of the soup to let us and our kid try before confirming our order. That was a good initiative and thoughts. Good service! Well done.
Food was ok. Nothing much to shout about. Each set comes with side dishes and a smal fish. Would think that the price is a bit steep for lunch. Service could be improved.
The food is nice and delicious. It would be better if the price is slightly more wallet friendly. The toufu is really smooth and "chewy"
The food is authentic. Quite expensive but it is still worth to try out this restaurant. Good for company event or friends gathering. Very spacious too.
Staff were friendly. Toufu was silky and smooth but the spin base was a bit bland compared to their competitor Tokyo Sundubu. Meat dishes were good.
Fast & easy to use. The restaurant is good, crowded at lunch time but service was fast. Food quality is almost same as their main stores in LA. The other first store in Tanjong Pagar was not that great in term of food standard & service. This Millenia Walk branch is better in overall standard. I would definitely visit this outlet again.
