Good overall, the bedt thai foods in town! but the fried rice( pineapple and olive) presentation was abit unpresentable, compare to last visited, please keep up the standard, would love to come back next time !
Sehr nette Location, sehr gutes Essen. Nur das Restaurant selbst hat ein wenig streng gerochen.
Have booked the table for 4, incl. 1 kid. Have variety of dishes and in general not so spicy. Enjoyed tasty dishes with good service.
The food is great with reasonable priced. I came here to host a business lunch meeting and my guest really love the food and environment here.
food was good. Service was a bit slow. Gets too noisy in the upstairs seating section, which is cramped for space. I would rather sit outside if the weather permits.
We have been a few times and always liked the food. Great options for vegetarians as well. The staff is friendly and helpful and its in a good location.
Food was great as I had the Friend Rice 2-course meal. However as the crowd started to come in, the environment was not very conducive for business conversations.
The food was excellent, especially the fried rice. The service was very good. My guests and I were very satisfied. We will most certainly go there again
Service was a little spotty but food was excellent. Pomelo salad, massaman curry and mango/sticky rice were the highlights of our meal. We sat on the 2nd floor which had a nicer view than the first floor
Service is amazing as well as ambience and location. Try the mango salad and the green curry if you are a lover of spicy food.
Loved the ambience, staff was friendly and was prompt in service. The dinner was a little costly but the food was good. Would recommend it to my friends definitely.
I love the food here. Its very good quality. The spicy dishes are properly spicy. The atmosphere in the restaurant is good and the staff are nice.
The Resturant staff was attentive and the food was served timely . We also enjoyed the Thai deserts . Was a good arrangement for the Resturant to start serving at 1130 onwards as it caters for early lunch crowds like us.
The service was very good and food portion was small but of quality. Overall experience of dining in the restaurant was a good one. Will definitely go back.
I always have a good time at Sabai! Food and drinks were a little too sweet but wonderful and we had a private room upstairs with great service.
The food is nice, i.e., authentic Thai food in a westernized presentation. Service at the table is also prompt. It probably is on the pricey side on Singapore standard; but compare with major European cities, e.g., London, its price is very acceptable, given the quality of food.
Very nice ambience indoor and outdoor seats. The service is good, but could be improved. Staff was quite attentive. Food quality is quite good but quality is small for its price.
Good food. We were seated upstairs. Service and ambience in the second floor was average. Wine choices by the glass were limited. On the whole it is good with room for improvement
This restaurant is top of my list when it comes to the ambience and the quality of food . I love the mango salad and stuffed chicken wings.
Very nice Thai Restaurant at the Bay. Food was excellent. Staff was friendly and swift. Prices are not cheap but at least you get very good quality / value for the money. Will be back!
The view is neurofibromas, restaurant ambiance is good. Foods is well prepared and service is excellent.
The service and the ambience is still as good. But the food is not authentic enough to be considered Thai food. More like a fusion Thai but the price is above average for the quality you get.
I love the food and have been here many many time with clients as well. Service is fantastic and very personal. Will surely be back again...
Service staff is attentive and the ambience is good to have a private discussion. The food is not as authentic as I like them to be and the prices is slightly higher than a regular Thai restaurant.
Excellent food, service, friendly staff. We enyoied the evening outside. Good and competent explanation/recommandations for the course choice. We will come back on our next visit.
The best tomyam in town. Impeccable service. A must try
The Thai food is good, the service is fine. would recommend this place to friends. The Price is a bit on the high side. Cheers
We ate outside and it's definitely a neighbourhood where many people go after work for drinks. You sit nearby the Marina Bay and there's always stuff going on there. So good location. Food is OK, not spectacular but still fine. There were some misunderstandings with the order but that can always happen I guess. Staff were very friendly and so I could recommend this, but it's really a place I could recommend to a tourist given the location and price/quality, if you want real authentic Thai food there's also other options available in Singapore.
Service was better this time. Food was good. Locatioj as always gd. Can come here again. Really liked that they prepared the food although the kitchen was about to close
Excellent food as always. Service is a bit slow. Decent business lunch place in town and prepare to pay the price as well. Around 40$ per pax.
I would like to recommend 2 dishes I will order on every visit. Yam Som Oo which is spicy pomelo salad with prawns, chicken, roasted coconut, grounded peanuts, chilli jam and sweet sauce. This pomelo is refreshing and blending in well with the spicy sweet prawns and chicken tossed together with grounded peanuts and bits of chilli padi. This dish goes well with any other dishes on the menu.
I would like to recommend this dish - Gang Daeng Neua, Moo, Gai. It is their famous Thai red curry with beef, pork or chicken, coconut cream, sweet basil leaves, eggplant and pea eggplant. The coconut cream is neither too thick or too watery and gives the red curry the correct texture and fragrance it needed. Pour the gravy over the rice and you can finish the rice in no time.
If you like some things to be less spicey to inform them as the green curry chic is too spicey but taste very nice. The price of the wine by the glass / bottle are rather exorbitant.
The food was good. Reasonable set lunch. Nice ambience for business luncheons. Will recommend to my colleagues who want to host business meetings around this area.
This place has great food, great location, great service! Just a little on the noisy side. Prompt response and accommodative. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone!
This place has courteous waiters, foods delicious, very flexible with seating, georgeous water front veiw on a nice sunny day better to sit outside. Ask for the green mango salad
A great experience, as always. Sabai is my favorite Thai restaurant in Singapore with excellent food, good service and the sabai mojito which is a must.
Would have preferred is the waitress was a bit more attentive and prompt. The fd is okay but the service can be improved and made more prompt
We ordered the vegetarian noodles with Thai holy basil and peppercorn and a vegetarian pat thai. Both the dishes were too oily. Ambience and service were good, but the food was average.
I requested for the Stir fried Seafood with Basil to be less spicy, but the dish came out very spicy, that even my friend who takes very spicy food had to avoid this dish. We gave feedback to the waiter but he just smiled and brushed it off and said that it was already less spicy.
It was a busy Thursday. Staff were running everywhere. Food came fast which is good.Order Duck red Curry($26.50 ) not too bad; Green green curry ($ 26.50 ) Better then the red:Mango Salad($28.70 ) quite small portion:2 pot Tomyam seafood(53.00 ) for 7 serving, no 2nd helping which is a little steep: 7 pcs fried Garoupa ( $63.00 ) with some sauce : It's ordinary: 6 pcs PeekGai which is chicken (29.40 ) Quite good: Vegetable: Pat Pak bung ($17.70 ) and Pat Si Uu ( $21.70 ) Don't order, nothing fantastic about it, I think the coffee shop Cherchar stall can do a much better job and not so pricy :Egg Salad (I think its Yam Kai Dao ) $18.70, this is good but small serving:Fried Noodle (I think its call Kanaa Plakem : $17.70 ) quite good: rice ( for 6 person: $21.00 ) we also had some dessert: mango sticky rice $16.50 ( Good ) 3 Red Ruby ($29.40 ) Ordinary: Tapioca $13.50: Nice and soft and some drinks Total bill $494.81 ( for 7 person ) Overall, staff is polite and serve well, Clean and attentive...oh BTW water is not free. which I think is understandable, as rent in that area is not cheap.
The food was excellent. We ordered the spicy pomelo salad and pad thai. Also, the drinks (mocktails) were delicious as well. However, the complaints lie with the service. Our drinks were brought towards the end of our meals (instead of having them brought at the very beginning) and the staff were quite oblivious of us.
Delicious, authentic Thai food, excellent service in a great location. Used to frequent this restaurant when it was at Ngee Ann City and thought it had closed down, so am very happy to find out that it's been here all along! Will be back for more!
I have been to this restaurant several times in the past few years and have always been satisfied with both the food and the service. A reliable place in this part of town.
Food was good but dining spoilt as service slow and wait staff not attentive. Experience worsened for tables furthest from kitchen. Also slugged 10% service charge on top of bill so no tipping here. Unlikely to return to this restaurant
Great service. The Food was delicious. Fantastic view from the seats outside. I would definitely like to return if I come back to Singapore. Thanks
Nice food, better than that of most Thai restaurant in Singapore. Classy environment. Will definitely visit again. Price is not cheap but reasonable given the good food quality.
It was a great experience with great food and great service. Definitely the best Thai restaurant in town, That i would recommend also to people
One of my favorite Thai food restaurant.. Though prices might be slightly high.. But the quality and taste of the food kinda make up for it...
The reservation process, though done at short notice, worked very smoothly. We are regular visitors to Sabai and the food and service quality was even better than usual. It is a great location as well with lovely views. Parking at the OUE Building is convenient too.
