the restaurant generally offers a good spread, which varies over multiple cuisines. There was also nice entertainment provided. The satay booth had a perpetual queue which could be better improved.

The spread was up to expectation.. malay, indian and arab cuisine. Tastiness is a strong point. Cold seafood cold dish spread can be improved.. western mains and dessert can be improved. I went for weekend dinner as it indicated bbq is served. I only saw a small corner of roast meat. Is that the bbq?

Good food spread, food was topped up frequently, tables were also cleared quickly. Great value for money, will definitely come back and also recommend to friends and family. Thanks!

The variety and taste of the food are good. Would like to have more variety of desserts. Seating arrangement need to have more space between seats inorder to have a relax and enjoyable dinner.

Nice ambiance but my boyfriend had food poisoning the next day, not sure is it because of the food ....is really an unforgettable birthday celebration for him at Royal Palm.

The food is Good food and the staff are very helpful friendly and always smile to any customers . Overall i rated it as good .

Brought my parents to the restaurant for the dinner buffet to celebrate their birthdays on Valentine's Day. We were attended to promptly, waiting time to get a table and make payment was less than 5mins. Although it was fairly crowded, there was no hassle at the buffet tables and the dishes were laid out nicely by cuisine type (Malay, Indian, Western etc). However as we arrived a bit late, approximately 2 hours after dinner time, the fresh seafood section was almost completely cleared out leaving only prawns and mussels. Other popular sections tend to clear out pretty fast as well and sometimes will not be replenished so that was a bit disappointing. Emcee and singers were very captivating and engaging so it made for an enjoyable time.

Definitely horrendous customer service. Seats not properly arranged and food also not fantastic as advertised. Staff not well trained to handle large crowds. Enough said.

The place is good. The food variety is not that many and mostly meat especially chicken repeated items. Good to have satay on the spot do it but long wait and many is over burned.

Environment is good, service good, just the Q for seafood too long. And the satay station; should issue by plated in amount of sticks (10per plate) , then would be jam- up

Our experience at Royal Palm @ OCC was average. The food could be better. We enjoyed the music and the crowd was not too bad.

Service was good. Food being replenished promptly. Plates being cleared regularly. Overall was satisfied. Variety is abit lesser than International buffet but its worth for the price. :)

Ambiance is good. Staffs were friendly. However, the quality of the food can be better. Especially the chilli crab and satay were pretty disappointing. Could have more variety. Sushi sashimi, mutton curry and etc.

Pretty decent variety of food. Crabs prawns and fish are being grabbed up fast. Prepare to queue if u are there between 6+ to 7+.

Selection was average. Seafood was fresh. The naans and cooked dishes were delicious. The dessert counter could do with more options as well. Satay booth overcrowded.

The food and live band was awesome,celebrated my hubby's birthday there. Especially cili crab so syoik and chicken breast so tender,juicy and sweet. Will come again

The food not much varaity. Some food really taste very bad. I am sorry to say this. The staff very good place also nice only the food need improment.

Food are good and tasty. Waiter and waitress teams are all very attentive. Only downside is there are a lot of people; something expected from a buffet kind of food. Lots of people means the place is very good too!

If you have been to The Landmark, then you'd know what to expect here at Royal Palm. The plates were cleared really fast and the waiters/waitresses were always around to assist. Being a popular buffet restaurant, there were looong queues for the food and drinks and the management can probably do something about it??? It was just lucky that i arrived early to grab the food first. Also, they could improve on the variety of drinks. The food at Royal Palm were rather limited so I could taste every dish. My opinion is that some food were cold eg the pasta. Nevertheless, i had a wonderful time at Royal Palm and this will not be my last time there! Thank you for giving us a pleasant experience!

Great delicious food, wide spread for the amount paid. Affordable. Fresh cold seafood, staffs are polite and fast in clearing the empty plates. Nice ambience

Overall the food is nice and delicious except for the crab slightly not fresh not much filling.should have chilli crab instead.environment very cosy.maybe should have tepanyaki to add to the spread

Friendly staff.Was assigned an outdoor seat but they gave us an indoor seat.Ambience is nice.Variety of dishes and desserts.will come again in the future days.

Staff efficient and very friendly. Food fantastic. Ambience classy. We enjoyed the food thoroughly. Wide selection that anyone would be spoilt for. Definitely going back there again. Highly recommended.

limited spread..dishes slow for top ups..opt for al fresco..indoor was to cramped..too noisy..would love to have more bbq spread and perhaps more noodles section..oysters too!

The meats were not thoroughly cooked. The deserts not that appetizing at all. By 8.15 pm, there was no more gulap jamu desert. We’ll not come again.

Love the fresh seafood which I ate with soy sauce and wasabi. Given a VIP seats at the front entrance and it is so spacious. The Indian food is delicious especially the fish head curry!

Awesome.. food was great except for ondeh2 is abit hard. Satay was super. My 5 year old child was not charge. For sure will come again 😄.

Food was tasty, well-presented and excellent. Spacious restaurant, nice ambience and reasonable price. Waitresses are very helpful and super on, your plates are cleared as soon as you finished your food. :)

The dinner buffet spread though not very extensive, was rather tasty. Satay was surprisingly good. But be prepared to queue for the food. The 1-for-1 promotion attracted a lot of diners and the line for the queue never stops.

Good food, Good ambience, Good seating arrangement & Good live band. Afterall will still need to improve on the Queue system cause we will need to re-queue for more food.

Buffet spread located at a congested corner in the main dining room serving many peoples, a long queue was form till the entrance of the restaurant. A square table was too small for 4 peoples and main dining area were too cramp between tables, hardly able to walk through. Need improvement on the buffet spread serving area as not many peoples willing to follow the queue.

Poor quality of food. It was only 830pm and some of the food was not topped up. No ice-cream on a Sunday dinner. Plates were not cleared promptly.

Food is well cooked and fresh. Service was also very fast and efficient Place is clean and comfortable. Very satisfied and happy. So good! :)

Love the chili crab .. lots of varities . Worth the money . But table was squeezy fr 6 pax . Staff was very nice .

Warm ambiance, the emcee/singer did a good job in making the guests feel welcomed.PLUS SINGING WAS A PLUS. Food was great especially their main course which got me going back for more! However, more sushi pls!! Definitely, a place for the whole family to gather for special occasions!
