wonderful and delicious. ambience is good. quite near to MRT.
Good variety of peranakan food. Food is delicious. Deco is nice. Price is reasonable. However parking could be not so easy. We enjoyed the meal.
The food have been very good though spicy for some. The service is very good and the staff are attentive. I will recommend friends there.
Local hawkers food. The curry chicken noodle is nice. But for the crayfish/big prawn ipoh hor fun not worth paying such a dear price and it is terrible tasteless.
Great tasting food, very full bodied flavour and the specials were good. quiet night as well. Pricing was reasonable and the service was attentive and good.
Good food and ambience. Manager is very nice and friendly. Will definitely bring my friends there whenever there's a meet up. Keep it up. cheers........
Food is great so are the staff who are nice and friendly. Have been there several times already. Will be bringing friends there soon .
Nice authentic food which has a good spread. Suitable for families as there are dishes for kids. The sets provide a balanced meal and value for money.
1) Service is average. 2) Overall, food is good. In my opinion, their seafood dishes taste better than pork ones because the flavour of the sauce/gravy went better with fish & sotong. I believe this was due to the mixture of well-proportioned assam and other spices, which made the sauce/gravy delicious. Also, the cooking time was well-controlled so that the meat was within good palatable texture. (I've no idea about poultry and beef because I did not order those.) 3) The most commendable was the dessert: Chendol. Coconut flavour was rich, the gula melaka was substantial yet not too sweet, the green jelly (chendol) was chewy and thicker compared to many other places', the azuki beans was the bigger type, and there was a slight salty tinge in the aftertaste of the chendol. That salty flavour is actually traditionally authentic to Peranakan flavour. Thank you.
Always my favourite , I used to bring friends to dinner
The foods are delicious and cheap. The staff are so attentive and friendly. The food arrive fast and what great is they don't add service charge.
Good food with nice variety to choose on menu, for both ala carte and sets. Friendly and helpful staff. Affordable prices. However hopefully got more parking nearby.
The dishes are nice. Will recommend other friends to go too as the staff and ambience is good and attentive. Place is also clean too
good place, good food, really enjoyed the ambience and the place is easily found. the place is clean and the staff is friendly and warm
Cheryl is such a nice girl. Good food n price reasonable. Ambience very nice. Have been there twice within a month. Am bringing my friends there next few months.
Gd service. Attentive, good food, nice ambience, able to find the place easily. Accessible. The place is clean and not dirty or smelly. Ample place.
Superb lunch set! Will definitely come back. Portion is quite large for 1 pax but I am not complaining. Thank you again for the great lunch
Good ambience. Pork and beef rendang had good portions. But the prawns option had only 1 prawn. Enjoyed the apom burkuah which was nice and warm.
We ordered a la carte - chap chye, otak and the garam masala fish. All the dishes were delicious. This is my 2nd time here .. and will certainly be back for more.
The place is too noisy. Even though the food is nice , the ambience is not suitable to dine there. Hope you can put a notice to remind customers .
Great food! I come here very often and intro many friends to come here .
A little under staff, food was good my kids like it however parking can be a problem, but I’m not sure where is the nearest Carpark
Cosy eatery with great food. You can truly have a hearty meal here with your family and friends. Everything tasted wonderful. I loved the beef rendang and bakwan kepiting soup.
Small cozy restaurant but rather noisy when crowded. Food was pretty good, rendang beef and lamb, Ayam buah kulak. But food took very Long to arrive. Rice potions rather small and served cold unlike some other peranakan eateries where white rice served steaming hot and refillable.
Restaurant was cozy and food was delicious! I thought it was quite close to authentic peranakan dishes although friends thought otherwise. Chendol was nice if you like a good dose of gula Melaka
The set meals were of good value. Each set comes with a main dish, two side dishes, a drink and a dessert. The pork ribs was excellent. Ayam SIL was a tad bit on the sweet side for me. Will go back to try other dishes.
Attentive staffs. Nice family oriented Restuarant with good Kueh. Definitely worth a repeat visit but can be noisy when there is a crowd. Thumb up
Altho the sets at $14 for a main..2 sure..a drink n dessert were of goid value.. the food wasn't impressive like it used to be. Apart fr ayam sio which was nice. The rest were quite bland. We ordered babi pongteh n ikan masak asam. The fish was so so diluted that it tasted like it was cooked and only water added for the gravy We were also disappointed w the cendol.. ice was coarse and few strands of cendol n kidney beans. Overall .i wouldn't go back again.
Easy to find but parking need to walk a distance especially for senior citizens. Food above average. The salted duck soup very very salty. Beef good and mutton ordered but never serve.
Had our dinner there. Food is good with affordable price. Service is average. It was noisy as the restaurant was fully seated. Best to go there prior to dinner time.
Nice food and set meal price is reasonable. We can try variety of food in the menu. I will come back again and this already my 2nd time dinner here.
Good affordable food. Will bring a larger group next round . Service was great and location was convenient. Portions were also just right though we would like to try more!
Super super good Peranakan food. Great service and choice in the menu. The prices are also very reasonable, especially for that level of comfort, simply great.
Very good value for money. though bit noisy because there was a group celebrating birthdays. Definitely will go back again. Convenient just across from MRT
Delicious looking and very tasty food with sufficient quantity served. Great service in a clean environment. The water in glasses were refilled before the glass was empty.
Excellent Peranakan fare at reasonable prices. Some new items on the menu. The seafood otak is done just right so that the spicy custard remains moist and explodes with flavours.
The menu was simple making ordering easy. Food was excellent in taste, and texture, and presentation, especially the beef rendang, and bakwan kepiting, but on the portions were relatively small. The service, despite being very busy this evening (being mother's day), was quick and the servers were efficient without the food getting cold after leaving the kitchen, as the kitchen was in full view. Our server and outlet supervisor, Cheryl V., was outstanding even when we had to verify the number of items ordered as we seemingly requested a second portion without placing an original order.
Great food, humble ambience. Good service. Value for money. Would come more often as we love Peranakan food. Great for family gatherings. Car park is not a problem
Good retro restaurant setting for seniors to spend a long meal. Food was good and selection of desserts was fabulous. Parking can be a problem.
It was altogether good and we will be heading back again! Friendly staff, good service and reasonable price. A perfect gathering for friends and family
