Staff abit slow when the restaurant is operating at peak ..but kitchen was fast after they received your order

Food was really good and staffs were friendly! Food was out rather quickly and the ambience of the place felt so warm and cozy with the Christmas decorations

Casual and friendly atmosphere that is very suited for family gatherings. Great service from the friendly waiters as well. Food was served in a reasonable time even as the restaurant was packed.

Food was really good. Service was prompt and friendly. Nice place during off-peak hours; but I can imagine the place being very crowded during peak hours and if full. Was seated next to a family with kids who were clambering all around, which wasn't pleasant.

Excellent Pizzas! Book early especially over the weekends to avoid disappointment.

Great food and good service. But space is an issue if you have large group of 20pax like mine. Overall experience is good and their XXL pizza is highly recommended.

Food was ok, love the wings n good for those who like thin crust pizza. Crowded on weekends so im glad we made reservations. But not a pet friendly place (not even at the outdoor seats), so check b4 you bring your pets along ;)

Food and ambiance was great. Went when it was not so crowded compared during rush hours and service was good. Would definitely go again and recommend it

Food is good but attitude of service staffs can be improved. We used to be able to select up to 4 different types of toppings for the largest sis pizza but was told that it has been always been 2 flavours max which is weird.

fast service , pizzas were fresh and excellent, pasta was just slighlty dry but I guess it depends on taste preference. overall very good and will go again

Food quality was great and the service was friendly and prompt. Also observed that the service team was dutifully attentive to all customers although it was a busy evening.

Beware of the 1.5hr limit on the eating time set by the restaurant. Food is good, service is good, but really wish there is no limit.

usual visit, pizza still as good. tried the fries, nothing much to shout about. quiet on a weekday lunch. personally prefer the suntec outlet to the one at zion.

great ambience, loved the pizza there. fries and wings were meh but the mains were all awesome. great service and would definitely come back again!

Food was good as usual but service staff Are slightly inexperienced and may need more training. The manager, however, was helpful and efficient. All round, it was still a decent dining experience.

Great food- go for the pizzas, ribs and pasta. Great & friendly service by the staff too. Will definitely be back for more italian food!

Service was good with staff regularly replacing our plates with new ones, and asking for feedback about the food quality and the overall experience. Food delivery was prompt as well. The outdoor area is as cooling as the indoor, but inside it is slightly more crammed between tables.

While the food was good, the staff seemed to be overwhelmed. We had to ask for plates, cutlery and napkins to separate people and when these came the quantity was not enough. Our additional order came late.

Chicken wings awesome as usual, service top notch. Somehow found the XXL pizza less nice here, compared to the siglap outlet. But overall good food and experience.

Great pizzeria run by the Les Amis group. The bacon Miele pizza was great as it was sweet and savoury. Do make a reservation as it can get crazy crowded.

Good food! Food came rather fast with quality. We had a large groups so it wasn't easy to serve us as we had many diff demands. Overall great! Will be back

Omg the food was really great, they make you wanna comeback and try all entrees. It was definitely a place you want to take your group for a feast or celebration. :)

Staff were very slow to serve us although the meals came fast. We had to ask several times for glasses for our wine and also iced water. Not sure if they were short staffed or what was going on.

We went there to celebrate my daughter's birthday with families. The food was good and the price was reasonable! We left the place satisfied and happy. Will definitely visit again.

The food was great but the service was horrible. It was non-existent at best, rude at worst. No host at the door, sometimes no service staff inside at all. Seafood pizza is the bomb though.

Food was good. XXL pizza was reasonably priced. Good selection of specialty beers and other drinks. Great place for dinner with the family and/or friends. Will definitely head back again!

Food there are nice, great service from the staff and they are prompt in responding to requests. Maybe due to personal preference, found the food a bit salty.

Had a great time with great service! one of my favorite places to dine casually at! A family feel to the place, food is served quickly even if there's lots of people and staff know their menu well!

Friendly host and food was served in a reasonable amount of waiting time. We tried the salmon and bacon and egg pizza and the seafood tomato pasta. The care aliased onions on the salmon pizza was delicious and they were very generous with the seafood in the seafood tomato pasta.

Service was great and it accommodated a large group of us which was nice. Would definitely go back again to try the other pizza flavours!

Despite restaurant being packed and busy, service staff was attentive and polite. Food was good and we didn't have to wait too long for it.

Restaurant manager was considerate enough to give me a quiet area for me and my date. :) Although it was funny that the dessert came a little early. Pizza was awesome

Great place for gathering for family/friends, a casual style type of dining with lots of yummy food and the pizza is one of the best.

Nice place, great prices , and convenient location. Will definitely recommend to go, especially on budget/with friends. Cheap drinks and food. Quite good quality tho

Hosting manager was very friendly and offered very helpful advice / recommendations on the order. Staff were very attentive and food was delicious. Happy hour all night for drinks! Was a wonderful experience!

Customer service was great, the food was great especially the Alle Vongole - that's my favourite! :) Unfortunately the restaurant at Zion is a bit small, so it gets kind of packed and noisy during busy hours making conversations among friends difficult. But overall, it was a great experience. The big 21" pizza was delicious to share among friends too!

Friendly crew & food is served fast! Great for a hungry man :) can do a bit more with the ingredients on the pizza though. Should have more on them...
