I was surprised that the place was so empty when I went last Sunday!! Food was just ok and portion was quite small.. it is relatively expensive in term of quality and portion!

Really great food and a menu that is both interesting and not overwhelming. Great ambience - loved all the leaves and herbs sprouting behind us!

Great decor with friendly staff. All menu now gluten and dairy free, small menu but well executed. Curry with cauliflower and sweet potatoe was delicious, will definitely return. Now as restaurant dairy free - only have soya mild for coffees.

A tad bit disappointed with the new menu as compared to when I first visit back in 2014. The service staff looks very swamped and overwhelmed. Ambiance was the only saving grace.

Food & coffee were great, service staff was attentive but probably not that kids' friendly (we had brunch on a Sun with the kids) in terms of menu. We still had a great overall experience :)

The food is always excellent though pricey - but where in singapore isn't For good European food? My only complaint is the aircon which blows an icy gale to the point of discomfort - it's something many places in singapore get wrong - over airconditining places so they positively freezing - to their credit they did adjust it when asked to be more comfortable - it's a great restaurant for really excellent unpretentious food

Great vibe. Love the rows of vegetables that's grown in the restaurant which the chef uses for the dishes. The gluten-free and dairy-free menu makes for interesting dishes that are delish. Great place to go for lunch.

Tasty healthy food but service was a bit slow during peak dinner period. The restaurant had a good ambience but the acoustics made hearing others in the party challenging at times. All in all a good casual dining option.

The company's website was down so there was no information that the champagne promotion was limited to the first 1.5 hours. Neither was the information available on the company's fb page. However they very kindly allowed us to drink beyond 1.5 hours at $5++ after the first 3 glasses. Food was good as well. Only grouse is the sofa seats which to me were not too comfortable.

very attentive service, creative menu. tried the lightly smoked salmon eggs benedict which was okay. desserts tasted better, the sundae (which looks different from my concept of a sundae - hence kudos for the creativity) and mango and black sesame ice cream were nice

It was good service and my Daughter loved the banana pancakes. The hot chocolate was a little bitter and I forgot to give it a stir. Husband was not keen on ravioli he offered although I liked my egg benefit on salmon. If you like nutrient dense food that satisfies you with a small serving with dairy and gluten free, this is the place.

Great food, decor and concept. Service mixed though as in not attentive which was a bit of a shame given restaurant not even full. For example, empty glasses of wine not being refilled (and wine bottle not within reach). Just missing that little edge service-wise. Still, an enjoyable evening and would go back.

A great experience for our first night out since moving to a Singapore. Great to have so much choice for my husband who is a coeliac. Thanks for seating us early.

This was a great experience with exceptional food. We have been there twice and all of us cleaned our plates to the last morsel. I highly recommend Open Door Policy. Being gluten and dairy free and having so much choice is almost unheard of, but everyone else loved it too!

Food & ambience was lovely. Service a bit 'meh'.... staff were not intuitive / service oriented. Had to ask / prompt for everything.. water, more coffee, bill etc. Also there was a chemical / astrigent smell when we walked in which was unpleasant. Will go again as i liked the place overall hopefully better experience next time.

Great flavours- unusual and refreshing! Lots of herbs and veggies accompanying the dishes. Good place for lactose-intolerant person like myself. Desserts were yummy too. Portions were quite generous.

Very relax place for a weekend brunch. It serves all day breakfast. The vegetables are fresh. It's very popular and always full house.

Food is on the pricey side, not value for money.
