Originally setting up shop over in Duxton, much to the delight of the city’s foodies, Ninja Cut are now bringing their creative twists on Asian classics to Bugis, with a new restaurant located on Seah Street. Drawing in diners from all over Singapore with its hip decor and mouthwatering menu, spaces at Ninja Cut are limited. Best be ninja quick and book ahead in order to guarantee one!

Ninja Cut is a name that is taking Singapore's foodie scene by storm, serving up brunch, bites and bowls. With its trendy, minimalist decor and industrial-chic detailings, this hip Bugis haunt provides the perfect backdrop for a number of different occasions, whether it's for a casual lunchtime catch up with friends, a romantic date, or a special evening meal. Not only is the restaurants aesthetic pleasing on the eyes, each dish is so beautifully presented that you won’t want to eat it – unless you’ve instagrammed it first, of course.

Head on over in the morning and start your day off with some matcha ricotta pancakes, some salmon confit or a grilled cheese sandwich. For lunch or dinner, go for one of Ninja Cut’s bowls like the chicken breast chimichurri, baked miso cod, crackling pork belly or the squid bowl, accompanied by light bites like the bacon and asparagus tempura, sweet potato fries and roasted cauliflower.
