Lola's Cafe

Food is great as usual. We ordered the Croissant and Truffle Linguine for mains. Crispy wings is a must-try, though it feels like they put lesser honey and spices compared to a year ago. I found some bloated bread crumbs in the water that was served and it was promptly changed for me. Small suggestion - service staff could be a little more attentive when they are free (four staff standing at the counter with around 10 tables) as I had to refill my water.

A good place for small groups gathering. Personally, I like the prawn aglio olio from the dinner menu, and the honey paprika crispy wings is nice too!

Nice variety of food at reasonable prices. Service is good . The cafe seems to be very popular too. Will recommend to friends to try the food.

The food is good and the service is superb. Very attentive service staff. Was there for the pulled poem & avocado eggs Benedict but disappointed that this dish is not served during dinner. Should make this a all-day menu dish.

I felt very welcome as my name was displayed on the table which i reserved. The staffs are very friendly. The food is awesome, everything i ordered is delicious.

The ambience, service and food was good. dessert was meh. overall, was alright.

The food over there taste nicer than what i expected. However, it is hard to get a table sometimes as it can get very crowded especially when it is lunch hours or when it is working days.

Food was not bad, price was okay too. I'm not sure if they've moved from self-serviced water to served water, but it seemed that way from their body language.

We had warm and friendly service, and the food was served swiftly, tasting great as usual. Reservations are a must to avoid waiting time. Always a good go-to dinner place.

If you are looking for a lively spirited place with great food then Lola’s the place to go. Won’t rave about the desserts but their main courses are generally very good!

Heard lots of good reviews of this place. Looking forwatd to visit again. Cosy place the popcorn cake is interesting, have not seen anywhere selling it.

The waitress forgot my order and served 2 other table that came in later than us first. But overall still a good cafe. Hope that they would regularly top up the ice water though.

insufficient car parking. Don't accept credit card is a Big turn off. food is ok. service is ok. ambience so-so. Chairs are hard and not comfortable.

While menu selection in the afternoon is limited, food & cake is nice as usual. Pleasant staff and though some are new / quite young, they are eager to check enquiry and help.

Very friendly and helpful staff (though they might be a tad forgetful at times). food is excellent- Crab linguine and fish and chips. Definitely try their earl grey banana chocolate cake.

Had to wait for 10 to 15 mins although we went at the time we booked the table. Food came quite quickly & taste good.

Food was good as always and the ambience is always homely. It’s hard to find cabonara pasta that doesn’t make you feel it’s hard to finish alone but Lola’s does it so well. Definitely my comfort place for good and value food

Good service. Good food. Atmosphere is good but tables are too close to each other. Other section of the restaurant should be opened rather than making customers wait for a table during busy lunch hours

Great food and desserts! Good for families and friends gatherings.

The Paprika Chicken was the best! Salmon mentaiko was creamy and flavorful. Pulled-pork was tasty, although the truffle mash was a tad salty. The panna cotta needed more fruits to balance the plainness.

The truffle cream pasta was awesome and the mocha was thick with ample chocolatey taste. It would have been better if there was direct link to cafe from kitchen because I was mistaken for leaving without paying when walking out to enter the cafe.

Hassle free experience and makes dining so much easier as they are usually crowded. Service staff are really attentive and made the whole dining experience so much more enjoyable. Food was wonderful as well!

The passion fruit mango green tea drink was mediocre. Lacking in the taste as it is quite bland. Food wise was better. Duck confit was good with the incorporation of truffle oil in the mashed potato.

It was a nice dining experience. I made a reservation and thus, only need to wait for a while until an empty table was available. Food was good, but the main came faster than the appetizers.

Overall it is a pleasant experience. The booking process is a breeze and easy. The food and coffee are all acceptable. The environment are cossy.

Their food has never disappointed me, so as their service. I love their Ultimate Croissant with scrambled egg, truffle fries and Pulled Pork. I also love the location and ambience, however, you really need to book in advance to secure a seat otherwise there will be a long queue.
